Anoah is exclusively dedicated to vegan cuisine. The team pursues peaceful activism by showing guests the potential of vegan cuisine in a creative and exciting way.
Founder Noah Rechsteiner has dreamed of his own restaurant since he was a teenager. After running three pop-up restaurants in Zurich and Zermatt, this dream has now become a reality. He opened his own permanent restaurant on Rigiplatz in Zurich. He collected numerous sketches, photos and ideas before the time came. The concept? 100% vegan cuisine and excellent working conditions. At Anoah, attention is paid to detail: From the color concept to the comfortable chairs to the feel of the napkins and the music.
In close collaboration with Zurich food blogger Sarah Blattner @zueriplausch, Soil to Soul presents national restaurants that have excelled in terms of soil-conscious production and preparation.
