Pro-tip: if you linger on the title screen for about 30 seconds, a fairly lengthy cutscene will eventually play. This cutscene contains vital backstory information and, surprisingly, this cutscene never occurs at any other point in the game. Funny enough, this odd storytelling decision was true in the original Wild Arms, too.
Haha, I know, right? Crazy to make this content optional. I appreciate the decision to bury content, as only curious gamers will find it. But this kind of decision only rewards people who accidentally leave the title screen on; there's no "clue" to allow us to know it's there.
I still hope that they revive this series.
There's been substantial rumors but I guess we'll just wait and see.

OH, thanks! I'll check it out tonight then.
I watched the cutscene last night. I have no idea why they didn't put that in the main game....

@ Agreed. I'm really enjoying it so far. The old school style is nostalgic.
Do you have a physical copy or do you do this through emulation? Been wanting to play this game for a while but its expensive
I have both the phsycial copy and a rom of the game. This is via emulation. I own all of the PS2 games I plan on beating.
