This man made me realize that I had to change the way my life was unfolding. Due to work pressure and bad relationships, I went through depression (“just” 6 months fortunately), with occasional panic attacks. Tomorrow I leave Italy to experience my year of working holiday in Australia and experience life the way I really intended to. Sadly I have to leave my family and friends behind to pursuit this goal but I’m just euforic about this. I had to make many sacrifices in order to do this and I’m aware that many more lie ahead but finally I’m disabling the autopilot and taking leadership of my life! I changed my life, two times, once after my father died ,and the other when my weaknesses no longer controlled who I am. It was 2 scary changes. I can't express how my heartbeat just couldn't let me sit there and accept my situation. I lost weight. I educated myself. After 4 months of failing to do a push up I did my first without stopping. I highered the amount. I learnt to love myself. I learnt to kick toxic people from my life. It hurt. But the freedom... The freedom I experience from this good pain that I go through. I want to stay like this and continue growing. I wish you to go through the feeling that couldn't stop me from doing what I had to do, to be who I want to be.

This man is the realness in all of us. All those times at 7pm when we're tired, had a long trying day and you're finally home...ready to chill...and want that margarita (or 4) SOOO bad BUT....I know there's so many things I absolutely NEED to get started/ get finished so I can move to the next level. Scripts to read, scenes to edit, etc. Jordan is right there in that moment...a motivated conscience if you will screaming YOU KNOW YOU NEED TO DO...WHY ARE YOU WASTING TIME???? Its a really hard pill 2 swallow that success or failure is almost SOLELY in our hands but as an adult there's rarely anymore telling you what needs to get done. To stay strong and focused, that you're doing great and YOU'RE ALMOST THERE...just a little further! We don't have that anymore...at least I don't at 35. Jordan in a blessed way is that parent telling us to keep going that we no longer have. In a weird but HIGHLY appreciative way...this guy who ill probably never meet has been more of a parent a d mentor to me than anyone else on this Earth. And he did it all for free ❤👊🙏

Positive reaffirmation... I can’t do it in my own mind so I use these videos, I don’t have a support team or people who want to see me thrive. I have to want it more than most just to be able to support myself, I recognize this and I plan to succeed. This may sound narcissistic but I know I am destined for greatness I just need to get there first and rather I’m alone or not I know there are many others on the same path as I am which is comforting :)

There is NO sickness that isn't curable. 1st. Start believing, then start telling yourself and change your diet. FAST AND PRAY and ask GOD. YOU'LL BE HEALD.

On a side note, be cautious of medication. It can disrupt your natural reward system, which takes a lot of time to then repair. I should also add I have a lot more than you in life material wise but still struggle just the same. Everyone deals with the bs of life together.
Having 5 siblings all of whom were encouraged but not pampered, I have brought my 2 children up to be independent. Many parents say they want their doors always open to their adult children and in turn pamper the grandchildren, thereby stunting their passage to adulthood. My mantra has been that parenting is the one job you should aim to make yourself redundant. Hard sometimes when you want to spare a life lesson but know it is for offspring to live their own lives.
These motivational videos just seem to be a bit overrated in my opinion, as they only give you a little motivational boost that wears off pretty soon.. I play the little mind game from the “Exponential Motivation Method by Richard Williams” whenever I am lacking motivation for a task, so that I am able to reframe the whole task and can accomplish it with way more motivation.. Even if it's just stuff like washing the dishes haha How about you? Do these motivation videos really work long-lasting for you
Actually, even the Bible (even for non-Christians, it's simply common sense as you state above) says that if we are responsible with small tasks in life, then greater things will be entrusted to us. So wash those dishes if that's all we can do today, but don't do nothing.
he's not that average motivational speaker who tells you to hustle 24/7 and cut out toxic people though. He gives you actual life advice you can implement in the long term. It's just uploaded as a motivational video under this channel

I changed my life, two times, once after my father died ,and the other when my weaknesses no longer controlled who I am. It was 2 scary changes. I can't express how my heartbeat just couldn't let me sit there and accept my situation. I lost weight. I educated myself. After 4 months of failing to do a push up I did my first without stopping. I highered the amount. I learnt to love myself. I learnt to kick toxic people from my life. It hurt. But the freedom... The freedom I experience from this good pain that I go through. I want to stay like this and continue growing. I wish you to go through the feeling that couldn't stop me from doing what I had to do, to be who I want to be.

This man is the realness in all of us. All those times at 7pm when we're tired, had a long trying day and you're finally home...ready to chill...and want that margarita (or 4) SOOO bad BUT....I know there's so many things I absolutely NEED to get started/ get finished so I can move to the next level. Scripts to read, scenes to edit, etc. Jordan is right there in that moment...a motivated conscience if you will screaming YOU KNOW YOU NEED TO DO...WHY ARE YOU WASTING TIME???? Its a really hard pill 2 swallow that success or failure is almost SOLELY in our hands but as an adult there's rarely anymore telling you what needs to get done. To stay strong and focused, that you're doing great and YOU'RE ALMOST THERE...just a little further! We don't have that anymore...at least I don't at 35. Jordan in a blessed way is that parent telling us to keep going that we no longer have. In a weird but HIGHLY appreciative way...this guy who ill probably never meet has been more of a parent a d mentor to me than anyone else on this Earth. And he did it all for free ❤👊🙏

Positive reaffirmation... I can’t do it in my own mind so I use these videos, I don’t have a support team or people who want to see me thrive. I have to want it more than most just to be able to support myself, I recognize this and I plan to succeed. This may sound narcissistic but I know I am destined for greatness I just need to get there first and rather I’m alone or not I know there are many others on the same path as I am which is comforting :)

@@RandomUserYTisFailing I hope you find love for yourself and something to live for. It sounds like your mind is running the show and you've let it take control. On a side note, be cautious of medication. It can disrupt your natural reward system, which takes a lot of time to then repair.
I should also add I have a lot more than you in life material wise but still struggle just the same. Everyone deals with the bs of life together.
Having 5 siblings all of whom were encouraged but not pampered, I have brought my 2 children up to be independent.
Many parents say they want their doors always open to their adult children and in turn pamper the grandchildren, thereby stunting their passage to adulthood.
My mantra has been that parenting is the one job you should aim to make yourself redundant. Hard sometimes when you want to spare a life lesson but know it is for offspring to live their own lives.
Ultimately,.. Sounds great! But i wonder if we all share how we’d define or indicate what is/how we go about both training and neglecting

These motivational videos just seem to be a bit overrated in my opinion, as they only give you a little motivational boost that wears off pretty soon..
I play the little mind game from the “Exponential Motivation Method by Richard Williams” whenever I am lacking motivation for a task, so that I am able to reframe the whole task and can accomplish it with way more motivation.. Even if it's just stuff like washing the dishes haha

Motivation itself will never last but purpose and discipline does. I only listen to this and others for daily workouts.
Not meant as short-term motivation. It's long-term, and directional.
Actually, even the Bible (even for non-Christians, it's simply common sense as you state above) says that if we are responsible with small tasks in life, then greater things will be entrusted to us. So wash those dishes if that's all we can do today, but don't do nothing.

he's not that average motivational speaker who tells you to hustle 24/7 and cut out toxic people though. He gives you actual life advice you can implement in the long term. It's just uploaded as a motivational video under this channel
It's strange that he tells us things we already know, but cant articulate ourselves. And when he articulates these things for me that I already know, it moves me in ways I can't understand.
