  • Train your body to move like professional ballroom dancers with this challenging Whisk and Chasse waltz exercise. In this exercise we will be travelling both to the left and right, as well as whisking forwards and backwards alternating in doubles.You should feel the burn in your legs, core and shoulders. Don't forget to keep your arms in perfect ballroom hold (at shoulder height)!
