CBrev that was an insane game. I honestly didn’t know what the conclusion was and I’m glad I watched all the way through. It’s just so refreshing to see someone’s approach and mindset throughout and the mind games between the chess pieces that are constantly moving in a whole baseball game. GG!
Respect for uploading games you lose, I learn a lot more from these, than a video of someone debuting a card on all star and going 4-4 against a noob who barely plays ranked (basically every other the show RUclipsr other than cbrev and Kevin)
In the 9th when you got the perfect sound on the just early foul ball, theres a 99% chance you actually hit a perfect , but their was a server desync. Every time I have checked batter analysis after one of those, it always says my swing was actually a perfect perfect. Insane game man brutal way to lose. You definitely outplayed him. Thanks for the deep thought process you have definitely made me better at the game over the last couple years.
hella respect for uploading an L despite an outstanding game. Was a complete joy to watch and hear all the things that go through your mind as you play. Sounds like that foul ball was a perfect perfect desync which sucks. Defintely some tough RNG but still a great game
Like I said last year love seeing videos where you’re coming from behind, gives a different look that we rarely see from you 😂 always great content Brev!
This year people hit like crazy. Its so difficult to win games when everybody are so good. Very good video. I just dont agree to put Classe against this guy when he was very well hitting fast pitches all game. Cheers
does cbrev ever talk about his logic for the pci anchor? I noticed he started doing it in between this video and his last one but I don't remember hearing him talk about it.
The amount of big brain moves & analysis during the game is why I’ll never be a top tier player lol. I just don’t have the focus to stay locked in through 9 complete innings. Half way through I just wanna get the game over with lol
Never saw a PCI from him in the batting info window. I don't think he was using Zone. If so, good on him. He showed that you can compete without using zone hitting.
Man I really like this game but this right here is such a perfect example of why I can't play online at a certain point. I don't have the mental capacity or patience to play over 50 minutes. They need to introduce a mode that I can play with my primary team, earn rewards, and play like six innings or even less.
Strategy on ignoring pujols flinching like a drowining sloth in his strides? He‘s cracked once the pci gets remotely close, i just can‘t help myself but look at his dumb form and it drives me nuts i can‘t focus
Hey guys, its my first year playing DD and my first show in like 3 years, and he mentioned a Nerf in the stadiums due to elevation at the beginning, how does that work?
Elevation used to be broken broken where fields like Shippit Stadium and Coors Field (high elevation) would amplify hits from outs/doubles to homers so much. They nerfed the effect elevation has a little bit this year so it’s not just a homerfest. Lots of homers in this video and in the game still but it was so crazy last year
@@TMAUGHAN24 yeah the hitting is so weird in the game. I can’t tell if it’s because the cards have lower stats rn or just gameplay changes. I feel like there’s so many games that are low scoring and it’s just an RNG fest of who gets hits and who doesn’t
Watching this gameplay makes me not want to play online. That fact CBREV can smoke the ball and consistently put up good contact and have it results it outs WAY too often is so discouraging. Sad that online play has become so random, I’m not trying to battle against my opponent and the RNG. At least not in 9 inning games. Shame on you SDS. SDS stands for Shitty Developers Sucking
Unfortunately this type of ranked won’t change for a while. SDS has more important things to tend to rn than the overall randomness of ranked. There’s so many players in freeze-offs because the game just freezes and if you leave first it’s a loss for you lol. I agree it’s a bit too focused on rng and I feel solid contact and swing timing leads to way more outs this year than in years past
@@thejoshpresle Bro I’m named after a baseball legend, and have been to more than 100 games watching so many teams. When I’m not at games, I’m watching them so give me a break with that clueless argument 😂 If you actually play or watch people play the show, you’d see the inconsistency in hitting and wouldn’t have to argue about it in the comments of a video that displayed the inconsistency in hitting 😂 Players get more bloop hits on bad swing timing and pci placement than perfect perfects. SDS said you should hit .800 on perfect perfects which is nowhere near what it actually is because bronze fielders keep on making diving catches or just aren’t fazed by balls hit 114mph. Clear as day you don’t understand how the show works and the common counter argument from noobs like you is “ThAts jUsT BaSebAll” 😂
"I got to stop complaining and figure out how to win this game" Much respect! Needed to hear that.

These videos carried me in my first year last year. Glad to see you pumping them out still
Love these deep dives into Brev's mind. That Robert card is amazing
Love the long-form analytical content. glhf in your climb, Brev
Sinker below the zone has worked for me as like a hard change up. Great video
Cbrev such a boss under pressure, always so relaxed. Enjoyed this game

Best content creator for mlb the show right here. Would love to see a video about which pitches go where
Like I said last year love seeing videos where you’re coming from behind, gives a different look that we rarely see from you 😂 always great content Brev!
What a game. Absolutely insane. Thanks for the great lessons.
When a WWBD video is over 45 min long 😍
Appreciate this type of series all the other content creators just tell you to go to practice mode and take pitches
consistently great content. thank you Cbrev.
In a parallel universe cbrev is coaching the yankees right now
Josh Hader has like 40 control on his 2 seam btw. I saw you miss where you wanted to throw it a few times, so figured I would mention that.
Great game! Great battle!!
Of course the CAP goes hard to the pull side gap on the late side of good. Make some much sense. Learned a lot thank you for another great video.

Acuna vs buxton? You get much better hitting with acuna but worse defense. Could power be negligible due to good swings?
This is gonna be good

Cant believe you matched up with Alec Bohm
Hey CBrev, is there any mindset or tip to avoid double plays? I always feel worry about that then it make be got strike outs.

Dude I've been playing the show for years never knew about left on the dbad in match making thanks
Pci is so sensitive this year, how have you adjusted?
Just curious is timing hitting actually worth?
CBrev what do you think about the insane amount of good swings that result in weak outs?
Great video man. Really enjoyed. PS Clase sucks in this game.

They don't show you opponent PCI this year. He was most definitely using zone.
@@cbrevmlb Was just watching WWBD #3 and noticed the same thing....so was coming back to correct my comment. lol
Why don’t your pitch don’t shake when you pitching on the corner

Sweat-ty to say the least. Good game dudes.
year 2 of asking for coaching vids back … please mr c brev
Opponent is 1000% using timing hitting
Can you explain what timing hitting is please bro new to the show here

Bro the best hitters in baseball failed 70% of the time. Good contact isn’t going to = 1.000 avg. that’s just the game
