Try goo be gone spray. Spray it on there and let it sit for a few minutes then wipe it down with a dry towel. Spray your regular cleaner and it's done.
I’m going to Lowe’s so I’ll be picking up the dawn degreaser, a lot of people be sleeping on Lowe’s they’ve a lot of affordable cleaning/household products cheaper I discovered this when I worked there!
Have you found aurikatirina? She’s a cleaner from Finland & after putting over cleaner on, she covers it with plastic wrap & it seems to be a good cleaning hack for things like the stove & oven.
I’m in love with the scrub daddy power paste. It’s gets me a “sexy sink”, cleans sneakers, cleans burn spots off of the bottom of pans & its great for the bathroom too. And I love that it’s natural & biodegradable, works like Bar keepers friend but not filled with harsh chemicals.
I think a Lot of times its because of,peopke are using the products in the wrong way and will nit read directions on the products,they will be disappointed and talk a product down In have Seen the same User errors in so many Videos by now, that I want to Scream Out.

I use the pink stuff to get nail polish off of things such as the floor in my 7 year old daughters room, I can not use it on the walls because it will take off the paint but our floors handle it really well. I tried everything else I had before ordering this, it also helps with easy cleaning after she paints. I also like to redo furniture in my spare time and it works well on drawer pulls and knobs that are really dirty. I just cake it on let it sit then scrub and rise. Then I can paint them easily with no chipping. Adhesion is great. It also helped with a smoke damaged piece but I would not recommend it unless you are willing to do a very good rinse after using the pink stuff. You just need to try it out and see what it works on in your home. Gloss finishes might dull after this product is used so try unseen areas before using it on anything. I have not tried the dawn you are using yet but I have tried the dawn power wash and I love it on bathtubs. We have five kids so the soap scum is a weekly tackle in the kids bathroom. I have yet to tried any of the scrub sponges but plan to try them soon.
I am not sure if anyone else has mentioned it. But after cleaning the stove put a little bit of glass cleaner on it. Granted I don't have a gas stove so maybe that's not a good idea for them. But that seems to make them shine more. ☺️

I really love my scrub mommy. The abrasive side is so much better than regular scrub sponges and doesn’t scratch. I like the size because it’s easy for me to hold. Just another opinion for followers! 😊
Hi, came back to mention that the Dawn heavy duty degreaser for 32 oz in the spray bottle is $6.98 at Lowes. But I found the Sam's Members Mark Heavy Duty Degreaser (also purple) at Sam's in a 64 oz bottle (no spray bottle) for $6.98. So I got twice the product for the same price. I have not tried either product, but was inspired to find something try by this video.
If you haven’t used it on your stove, maybe try the LA’s Totally Awesome full strength. Bar Keepers Friend liquid or the Mrs Meyers cream cleanser might work too. The other thing I saw (but haven’t tried) is food grade citric acid, which they sell at Walmart and Amazon, and it’s all natural. Scrub Daddy does make something called Power Paste too (Target sells it) and it does amazing things, and even got hair dye out of my bathtub. Dawn ANYTHING is good, that degreaser really works almost as well as stuff I used when I worked restaurant.
Hmmmm. I have never heard of the pink stuff although my daughter uses the Dawn degreaser and I have used the scrub daddy and scrub mommy before. I like the way they work, as sponges, however I don’t really like any sponge because after a while they get gross and they sit around my house and I feel like they just collect every germ and feel disgusting when reused. Give me a roll of paper towels, vinegar and water, barkeepers friend, an orange stick, a microfiber cloth, and an SOS pad, and I am 98% good to go with cleaning!
Cif cream cleaner is my favourite scouring product - such a versatile cleaner (I use it for worktops, bathrooms, hob, sink, etc.) and relatively mild so it doesn't set my asthma off :) Also the best thing I've found for removing kitchen grease when paired with a damp sponge scourer!
So, the Dawn degreaser is your favorite over the Pink Stuff? I need to clean a very greasy over the range hood. My renter fried pork every day & it's a mess. Splattered Grease goes up onto the ceiling & I'll be standing on a ladder scrubbing it off. Elbow grease 😅 Thanks a lot!
I honestly did not like the sponge! The price is outrageous for a dish sponge 🧽 So they store bacteria 🦠 and that means they need to be replaced often, atleast for the dishes , i replace mine every two weeks but ur supposed to do that weekly , so imagine 4 sponges for 20$ in one month? thats too much! I buy a 4pk at the 99 and it doest hurt to replace them weekly! Idk 🤷🏽♀️ just my opinion for the dishes use of this sponge!

Bar keepers friend powder and a good scrub sponge (I like using it with a magic eraser) for the bottom of the pans is magic Also for rusty knives, hard water spots especially in glass shower doors

Funnily enough, I just used Dawn Degreaser for the first time (and used my pink scrub daddy to clean it). It did not suds at all, so I Googled the product (this video popped up). I remember purchasing it because I saw someone else using it on video and it looked nice. Why did you use the same products and get suds? Maybe, I just got a bad batch.
I totally get what you are saying 😉 the suds happens with the amount of grease is on the stove some people also add baking soda for the affect and to clean it and not scratch it
I think when u have to rinse the sponge alot thats a good sign because the grease and grime isnt getting soaked up(stuck) in the sponge. So thats great its getting everything off. Then wipe away .thats best cleaning job in my opinion..
The Scrub Mommy and Scrub Daddy works perfectly and for me there´s no other sponges like them, but you have to do it the right way, with cold water, really cold water for the hard work =)

Something about toilets.. I'll only use antibacterial cleaners or enzyme cleaners for it. But I also have 5 kids I'm cleaning up after every day lol It grosses me out
We have the flat top stove and I hate it cause it gets dirty and for me it's more of a hassle to keep it clean .I do clean it but it never comes out super clean so I don't know what to use for a flat top stove . Plus scratches on it just popped up I don't know how but it's a damn hassle .
I got a little confused about what you were trying to tell. Because you talked about the dawn, the different sponges and the pink stuff on different things. You talked about the stovetop, pans and bathroom but didn’t quite understand which one dit what better or not. For me it was confusing. I really like your videos though. The Dawn degreaser did its best , the pink stuff works in certain areas great but it’s messy and over time you will damage what you clean I was just trying to explain where I used them both I had a way better view but couldn’t get it for the sd Card lost footage so I hope you can understand now 🙌🏼🤍🙏🏼

You should try Bar Keeper’s friend it tends to remove stains without scratching pots. And those parts that release flame on the stove are removable right? In my region they’re easily removed if u pull them up.
I'm the same way. Me personally, I do not have the Scrub Mommy or Daddy. I just have disinfectant spray from Grove & lots of e-cloths / microfiber cloths. I appreciate people's hypes, but I'm not one to get things without really researching. Took me forever to get a cordless vac. 🤷♂️😂. I do not have your type of stove. I have flat electric eyes.
I have been using the "scrub" products for years. I do not like the scrub mommy because it's big.. but I love the scrub daddy which is the rectangular version of scrub mommy. I do not even use sos pads.
The dawn is definitely not worth the hype. I bought it bc target had it on sale. 1st I hate the smell 2nd it doesn’t lift stains well at all! Really hate I wasted money on it. I’ve used it on several areas of my home. Also scrub daddy is overhyped too. Def preferred my microfiber towels & dollar sponges!
Try some furniture polish on the black stove after you clean it to get it streak free. I use the Behold brand in the orange can. I love it's smell to. I get it at family dollar.
I find the scrub daddy/ mommy sponges creepy. I know I sound ridiculous 😂 but I don't want a face staring at me while I'm cleaning. I didn't realize they had regular square sponges... going to try those. Would you recommend the pink stuff for wall stains? Great video selma! 💕

Elbow Grease also have their own version called Scrub Mate which is just a rectangle in the same texture as the original (scouring) Scrub Daddy if you're wanting something abrasive :)

Dont use pink stuff on glass cooker doors. Here in England there's been a lot shatter after using it

Having to rinse constantly has nothing to do with the sponge. It has to do with the amount of degreaser and grease that’s on the surface.

I put my sponges in the dishwasher. They come out like new.

Yeah that is to much it claims to disinfect if you put it in the dishwasher but when you feel the material it’s like naaaah lol

Just five minutes in the video. I am with you, don't like the smiley sponge at all. I found that my fingers went through the holes so I was wiping with my fingers... It was a gift that I trashed.
I use Bar keppers friend and brillo pad on the bottom of my pans, works great
Try the power paste from scrub daddy it does wonders in the bathroom I think this product better than that pink stuff

I think you said that using the pink stuff was a mistake to use to clean the toilet. I want to know if the Dawn heavy duty degreaser works in the toilet.
Something about toilets.. I'll only use antibacterial cleaners or enzyme cleaners for it. But I also have 5 kids I'm cleaning up after every day lol
It grosses me out
We have the flat top stove and I hate it cause it gets dirty and for me it's more of a hassle to keep it clean .I do clean it but it never comes out super clean so I don't know what to use for a flat top stove . Plus scratches on it just popped up I don't know how but it's a damn hassle .

I got a little confused about what you were trying to tell. Because you talked about the dawn, the different sponges and the pink stuff on different things.
You talked about the stovetop, pans and bathroom but didn’t quite understand which one dit what better or not.
For me it was confusing.

The Dawn degreaser did its best , the pink stuff works in certain areas great but it’s messy and over time you will damage what you clean I was just trying to explain where I used them both I had a way better view but couldn’t get it for the sd Card lost footage so I hope you can understand now 🙌🏼🤍🙏🏼

You should try Bar Keeper’s friend it tends to remove stains without scratching pots.
And those parts that release flame on the stove are removable right? In my region they’re easily removed if u pull them up.

I'm the same way. Me personally, I do not have the Scrub Mommy or Daddy. I just have disinfectant spray from Grove & lots of e-cloths / microfiber cloths. I appreciate people's hypes, but I'm not one to get things without really researching. Took me forever to get a cordless vac. 🤷♂️😂. I do not have your type of stove. I have flat electric eyes.
I have been using the "scrub" products for years. I do not like the scrub mommy because it's big.. but I love the scrub daddy which is the rectangular version of scrub mommy. I do not even use sos pads.

The dawn is definitely not worth the hype. I bought it bc target had it on sale. 1st I hate the smell 2nd it doesn’t lift stains well at all! Really hate I wasted money on it. I’ve used it on several areas of my home. Also scrub daddy is overhyped too. Def preferred my microfiber towels & dollar sponges!
Dawn degreaser or the powerwash ? Or both lol It’s time to check out dollar tree I am sure they have some good stuff

Try some furniture polish on the black stove after you clean it to get it streak free. I use the Behold brand in the orange can. I love it's smell to. I get it at family dollar.

I was so excited to try the scrub mommy that I ordered a pack of Amazon and to be honest I don’t like it.
I find the scrub daddy/ mommy sponges creepy. I know I sound ridiculous 😂 but I don't want a face staring at me while I'm cleaning. I didn't realize they had regular square sponges... going to try those. Would you recommend the pink stuff for wall stains? Great video selma! 💕
If you have oil based paint great ! But I wouldn’t trust it with other kinds lol and yes it’s crazy huh I liked the scrub daddy

Elbow Grease also have their own version called Scrub Mate which is just a rectangle in the same texture as the original (scouring) Scrub Daddy if you're wanting something abrasive :)

SOS pads leave slivers in my skin. I won't clean with gloves on.
