- This distressed, glitter tumbler was inspired by Sandy's Organized Chaos.
I have always loved this look. So, it was an easy choice to make this piece.
Materials used:
Stainlessness Steel Tumbler
Flat grey primer paint
Tack it
Glitter
White, Black , Gold spray paint
Pro Marine Epoxy

This is so pretty
I have recently started working with resin. A lot of leaning curves, a few fails here and there, but that is just a part of learning something new. I started off with silicone molds and created a lot of different pieces, wind chimes, coasters, earrings, etc. The epoxy tumblers have sparked my most recent interest- I like to research and gather a little bit of inspiration/ideas before I dive into a new project. All of that to say I stumbled upon your channel and I am blown away and admire how talented you are!! You have a wonderfully crafted skill and I am so inspired! I will be making my first tumbler this weekend and I am going to center my tumbler around your design and your technique in this video. Thank you for sharing your talent, all of your beautiful creations and the creative knowledge behind it! ❤

Purple, my favorite color, and I love the green in the color shift! Stunning result! Oh, the hot as hades is my life everyday in the summer here in my little part of Texas. Sometimes all year. Your little pup sounded like my Yorkie, Chuy. 😂
Laurie, I absolutely love color shift EVERYTHING! You're a better person than I. I am not enjoying the ridiculous heat. My favorite season is Fall.

@@sandisshedhouse4741 I noticed when I was in Walmart the other day that they now have color shift acrylic paints! I’m itching to go back and get them all! I LOVE the fall here in Texas. It’s not as beautiful as some I’ve seen on the east coast, but we have some beautiful colored leaves in the changing of the season. Just not nearly as wide spread. So breathtaking. I hear you on fur babies. I don’t know how I ever got along without my baby boy, for sure. He has me wrapped around every one of his paw pads! 🐾♥️🐾 As far as the humid heat, I just stay inside. 😂 I thank God everyday for that little invention called a/c! Texas would be unbearable without it. I’d rather be cold than hot any day. You can always put more clothes on. Taking too many off will land you in jail. 😳

I bought all the colorshifts from Walmart. But the best colorshift paint I have is from Hobby Lobby and it's Black Flash. I found that the colors, are more like a glaze than a paint. They don't have the intensity I expected. Therefore, if one coat doesn't hurt, 3 won't k$ll ya. Right!? 😊🌺🐭

Thank you. The glitter is from Glitter Makes It. I've had it for a couple yrs now. They may not be offering it anymore. But they may have something similar, if you contact them.
I love your choices for this! I did a similar one based on Sandy's tutorial as well and had to learn to give myself grace on the bumps as well -- it's so easy to focus on every tiny imperfection when we are the ones who create the tumblers! This is just stunning and I am definitely adding Maleficent's Dragon to my glitter wish list! Thank you for showing this, I just love your tutorials!
