I'm quite interested in the p50 in regards to the regulations. Who would be responsible a member of staff over looked or accidentally missed something on the inspection that lead to the affected used of the extinguisher in an event of a fire. I find it quite alarming that a person that watches a RUclips video for a few minutes can be classed as competent in inspection and making recorded documents.
