I have had lots of dogs in my life ...many sizes and temperaments. The smaller dogs...pure bred or not...have been the more aggressive! I have only been bitten once and she was a dachshund mix. She did have a litter somewhere on the homeowner's property, (I was not near them) but she did 'sneak' up behind me! There were other larger dogs that were milling around, just seemingly happy to see a human, but not Momma. I was glad I wore a baggy pair of jeans that day!❤

@@AnimalFacts , I have migraines and dizzy spells sometimes and Bowie is very protective of me when I don’t feel well. He seems to feel when I have a dizzy spell and jumps up to me until I sit down. He isn’t trained or anything, he was 3 years old when I got him. He was born and grew up on a puppy mill, they dumped him because he was sick. I’m his 3th owner and he is my best friend.
My MS was a great watch dog. She knew exactly who was coming into the driveway by the sound of their vehicle. If she didn’t recognize the sound, she would bark.
I have a Bechon Frise who will NOT let anyone near our house or our boat with out Barking insenently until I get hold of his collar n calm him down. It takes quiet a while!!
