I am a grey bearded in his mid seventies. I have been around women for along time. Women have talked to me about some of these insecurities. Here are my comments: 1. Body hair - Most humans are hairy. I never understood the need for women to shave their legs and armpits let alone their crotch. I, for one, do not notice the first two and find the latter very sensual even if some does get caught in my teeth. 2. Guys have darker skin in various places. Nipples, male and female are darker than surrounding skin. Vulvas are darker. That is the way humans are made. Makes no matter to me. 3. Vaginal scent - You are female and this odor is an attractant. I always consider this to be a very sensual odor. I like it. A lot. 4. Underwear color- I have washed a lot of panties. I noticed that the crotches were darker than the rest of the garment. I figured that it was normal. No matter to me. 5. Nipple hair - Some nipples grow hair. Some grow a lot. All feel,, along with the breasts they are attached to, really good in hand or mouth. 6. Stretch marks - Skin leaves marks when it is stretched by weight gain or, for women, pregnancy. If it did not stretch it would split and that would be messy and fatal. Stretch marks are OK. 7. I do not have a menstrual cycle so I never noticed. 8. Different size/shape breasts - Probably normal for all mammals. I notice but it makes no functional difference. I like all sizes and shapes. Sensitivity is more important than size. 9. Period products.- My lady asked me to buy them along with the groceries. No big deal. 10. Desiring sex - Thank the Gods that women desire sex. If women did not desire sex most guys would never get laid. The concern is to be the man they want to have sex with and then leave them satisficed. Thank you for looking at these topics from one man's perspective. I like women and like being around them. My lady and I were married 52 years until she dies a year and a half ago of brain cancer. I miss her and do not like living alone. Hopefully I will find another woman to love and have around.
I'm 56 and shave my down yonders because I like the feel of it, don't do it for the hubby just for me. 👍🏻 I also shave my legs every other day and my pits whenever they need it, its just a personal choice. I'd never balk if some ladies don't want to shave whatever on their own bodies it is their own choice. 😊
@Natalia Ruiz Sounds like something growing on your feet. I suggest wiping your feet with anti fungal cream after a shower every day. I had to do that when I had athlete's foot fungus. Size six feet are cute.

I am so happy that my fiance sent this to me and asked me to watch this video. We know that we do get insecure about our bodies and it happens with everyone. But you feel bad when some of your female or male friends say" oh wax kyun ni Karwa leti " or "you are so hairy, you should get laser done" so it's not only men who are making women feel insecure but some women are also there. I believe we should respect people and cheer them up for what they are rather than forcing them to change. NORMALISE hairy body.
I found your channel randomly and this is the second video that I am watching. I really appreciate your effort toward the girls' intimacy knowledge. And this is really important to know for both men and women. In India people rarely like to talk on such topics, which gives knowledge about the male and female. Few more doctors should come infront, to share these valuable knowledge about the both male and female so that people can aware. A great thanks to those men guys who are appropriating this effort. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Nothing to be embarrassed about these things as ma'am said....and guys we all must respect women as we are brought in this world by women and every one is a beautiful as we all are creation of God 🙏
Pigmentation is an issue for brown girls. I've tried to deal with it with home remedies, I'm not gonna bother myself with whatever remains as home remedies are better for prevention and not cure.
@@t_a7923 I've experimented with 3 things: baking soda (for under arms ) Aloe vera for under-eyes And rice flour for facial skin They all worked although you'll see results very slowly. Also, wt training and good hydration keeps the hormonal triggers in check that can cause pigmentation.

You are making informative and good videos. I am a guy and getting married soon. This info is definitely helping me understand more about female body and if my fiance is ashamed of such things in future I can definitely comfort her instead of making her uncomfortable.
The way she says that "if you want to do it then it's alright but you don't need to", is actually how it works. It's a matter of choice. At the end of the day what matters is whether its your own decision or something out of embarrassment or external pressure.
Just like a lot of girls and young women, I'm heavily embarrased of the look of my vulva. I read a lot that it's normal to have long inner labia, and that all vulvas are different, etc... But I can't stop consider it as hideous. Every time I look at it, I always get discusted. I don't have a boyfriend and never had one. I was always hated among my peers, so I've grown to hate myself and I can never start to love myself and to love my body. I think I don't deserve love from anyone
I wish this came out when I was a teenager like 12 years ago. There was no sex education in my high school so I was very clueless when it came to it. I was very embarrassed about my odor and how my private parts looked. It wasn't until I read a Cosmopolitan magazine at 17 where I learned that every female has an odor as well as we don't all have the same looking privates. I seriously thought there was something wrong with me. When I got into college I took psychology of sexuality and LOVED that class. I learned so much from it and I felt more accepted with myself.
This is great information and all men who love women will surely be interested in this topic! How can you you love a woman and not know how she 'fully operates'?
It's definitely good when every girl gets to know these things. Yet I have to say, as a male myself, I really would wish especially men and boys to know, accept and appreciate these things. It's really that simple: Women are humans. And humans have things like body scent, body hair and bowel movements. It's a seemingly huge thing for many people, but in the end it's really only fantastically normal. So there's really no need to feel ashamed of any these things. You might want to keep in mind that there are some peope out there who live in some kind of fantasy world where women are supposedly no human beings as it seems . If you have the time and energy you can talk with them about it - but most of the times you'll simply do yourself a favor and ignore these people or at least this trait of them.
Actualy you should make videos for men too, like what men should know about their partner. what should they do to help them during their periods or any other topic you know better
When I was young I was so attracted to this girl who had ivory skin and dark hair above her lip. It wasn't excessive, and I adored her. Wonder what happened to her.
I Love this video bcz it is very common and about time we start a journey of self acceptance. I have come a long way into loving my body, the strech marks and pigmentation. to everyone who is reading this you will feel the warmth of self acceptance soon just try it
Well done Dr. Shetty. I find that older woman are equally embarrassed about perimenopause/menopause. Would you make a video on that if you are able please. Why is it that we can't talk about normal physiological processes half of human being experience?
I've spent over 40 years of my life with three women (not all at once, lol), and everything the doctor says is true, so fret not, ladies. Don't think there's anything left for me to learn as I've seen and experienced it all, so nothing comes as a surprise. Trust me, men have pet hates about their bodies too, so it's a human condition rather than gender specific. The key, as always, is communicating with your partner: if you do that, they'll happily reassure you that you're worrying about nothing. If they don't, then you're probably with the wrong person!
Each person that you meet is a new country to explore and discover. Male or female are to be appreciated and respected for what and who they are......IMO.
Dr. Riddhima ji you are explaining such critical thing in our body so simple and easy to understand. Thank you very much doctor for your videos. Please go on giving such beautiful informative videos again and again in future 🙏

I am a senior person, but have always talked about all these, including puberty, maturity, the reproductive system the changes that take place in the body and a lot of other matters too, including sex education, with my children during their formative years. Now of course, they too are 40 years old and passing on this information to their children ! Thank you once again for the information. May your tribe increase.

Women worry wayyyyyyyy too much about what is completely normal for a woman’s body. Embrace yourself and stop being so self conscious about every little thing. Most men have never even thought about the things women worry about. If you’re with someone, simply ask them about any of your concerns and you’ll be surprised that most of it is of no consequence to men.

Women should not worry about what other people think about them. No one is perfect, even though a lot think they are, but I got news for them. We all stink, we all have body hair, we all put our clothes on the same way. If you think you don't look good, or you have hygen issues or whatever else you have insecurities about, don't worry. You are not alone. If you are truly loved by someone for who you are then that's all that matters. Do things for YOU! Not because someone says you should. I have been married to the same beautiful woman for 31 years. I love her now more than ever. I accept the changes she had gone through over the years, just as SHE HAS ACCEPTED ME FOR MY CHANGES.

I also shave my legs every other day and my pits whenever they need it, its just a personal choice.
Size six feet are cute.
it's nice to meet you i'll NEVER EVER mean this arrogantly AT ALL but i am were and will be REALLY REALLY TOO and/or COMPLETELY easy to GET ALONG with and i am we're and will be UP FOR/FINE with JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING and i did do and will care VERY LITTLE about whether or not females have stretch marks and vaginal smells
to keep being COMPLETELY honest clear and/or accurate i did do and will only SOMEWHAT like boobs butts legs and pubic hair and female FACES LITERALLY always have and will be my VERY biggest turnon SERIOUSLY PERIOD no questions asked AT ALL PERIOD NOT EVEN ONE IN ONE PLACE ON ONE OCCASION FOR EVEN ONE SPLIT SECOND
national geographic showed a picture of heaven and said god and reincarnation are real so they PROBABLY are and/or HAVE TO BE you mentioned cleaning panties well i did do and will really really LOVE working with PRETTY MUCH all female apparel and that's EXACTLY why i really really LOVED working at victoria's secret
Women should not care so much about their looks but more about creating a beautiful attitude towards life. We guys do not even notice such "flaws" in women. All we want is love and care from women.🙏😊
God bless.
Not everyone is like that, trust me.
Excellent video. Every young man should see this as well!
Great video mam...
thank you.

Men watch her more than girls . She speaks so well, very pleasant to listen to her.
True
What home remedies worked for you. Can you please share.
@@t_a7923 I've experimented with 3 things: baking soda (for under arms )
Aloe vera for under-eyes
And rice flour for facial skin
They all worked although you'll see results very slowly. Also, wt training and good hydration keeps the hormonal triggers in check that can cause pigmentation.
@@cauliflowerhead2735 thankyou dea for sharing...Be carefull while using baking soda on skin, I personally don't appreciate using baking soda , lemon etc for skincare...I have pigmentation in the underarms...natural aloevera irritates my skin,it causes itchiness and redness for awhile no matter how carefully I process it...and yes rice flour powder works amazing as you said..it kinda evens and smoothens the skin...❤stay happy 😊
@@t_a7923 yes I completely agree. I used it very sparingly and spaced 2 session 5days to 2weeks apart. And I let it sit on the skin for not more than 3-4mins. If you're skin is very sensitive, which mine isn't, it's better to stay away from baking soda. It just worked for me.
Wow this is one amazing Woman and then Doctor I love how she is so Frank about things and tells us to OWN IT. Three cheers for you Doc keep posting.
Really, you are a competent lady and a doctor👍
Its just important for everyone to maintain hygiene and love ur self the way u r☺️
WEARING BLOOD STAINED UNDERWEAR AND STINKING OF BODY ODOR IS NOT MAINTAINING HYGIENE. NEITHER IS BAD BREADTH EATING WHATEVER YOU LIKE WITH THE INTENTION OF GETTING CLOSE AND PERSONAL WITH SOMEONE.
Having body hair is not unhygienic.
All women are beautiful… oh, and you are the stronger gender too !!!
(We males could never cope with the same emotional and physical pain that all societies inflict on our female counterparts.)
I salute each one of you. 🌷
"All women are beautiful". Some more than others.
@@geoffreyfoster8039 … typical arrogant misogynist.
The irony is …. too many guys demand physical beauty, yet they themselves are repugnantly ugly : in form, spirit and character.
Thanks Geoff, you support my statement so eloquently!!!
Being stronger physically is not a big matter anyway.
@@sarithajagajith6568 Men and women are different from each other in many different and intrigueging ways. If both genders looked the same, smelled the same, thought the same, were the same height, etc. life would be very boring and I would choose not to marry. I know that when I look in the mirror I don't see any beauty, so if I want to have beauty in my life and if I want to have beautiful children, it will have to come from my wife. My wife said to me "I will give you my beauty" and I told her "I will give you my strength". It has worked out awesomely. We have 7 beautiful children. I pull from the top shelf and she takes from the bottom shelf.
We want males like you in society...
OMG!! This is very relieving 🙏
This is a nice time for the males to bring nice encouragement to the ladies in their life. It will work wonders like nothing else could do like giving her a bouquet of roses.
Appreciate the content and prudence of this channel... Whoever is reading this, you're lovely... ❤
Well. thank you doctor! Women must be treated with a soft and kind hand is what my mother taught me. As for you doctor - you look and sound wonderful!
Just so you women know, us men have very similar issues/hang-ups about our bodies as well. Being comfortable in our own skin is a daunting task which is only easier to understand through communication. If we don't ask don't assume we don't care. At least for me.
I salute you maiam , for giving knowledge for our society
Using artificial scent to disguise your odor is no different than wearing a mask on your face. We love seeing you, girls, and we love your natural fragrance.
Well said.
And I love seeing you all as you are
The natural scent is so much better than any perfume hands down.

Thanks Dr. Riddhima jee for the wonderful infomative video ❤️🌹🙏
I wish I had known all these things when I was a young woman. At 78 I don't worry about a lot of things I fussed over when I was young.
Reality, common sense and informed understanding, well done.
Very reassuring to a lot of women and men thank you.
i'm a 37 years of age male and to be COMPLETELY honest at 0:10 dr riddhima shetty LITERALLY always has and will be COMPLETELY correct when she says NO female AT ALL should EVER EVER be embarrassed about these TEN things AT ALL SERIOUSLY PERIOD no questions asked AT ALL
I appreciate your videos a lot..
Your videos help so much in boosting the confidence of women..
I have recommended your videos to many of my female friends and family members...and it has helped greatly...
Keep doing the good work...👍👍
You are making informative and good videos.
Thanks a lot for sharing this, it's good to know that every girl faces such things.
Great teaching, simple, clear and precise.. awesome
Very useful for women and men as well. Thanks a lot
Same I thought I was deformed or something because I didn’t look like the few other women I’d seen or the diagrams.
same, I thought I have a cancer but it's just totally normal
You kept things simple and straightforward. You are cool. 😊
Good channel for women and men alike. Helps understand each other better.
I have come a long way into loving my body, the strech marks and pigmentation. to everyone who is reading this you will feel the warmth of self acceptance soon just try it
Hii dear feeling so hot ryt now..🥰
Hi ❤🌹
Finally someone who tells women not to be ashamed
Beautifully explained. Thank you very much 🤗🤗🤗
Well done Dr.
Thank you so much doctor🤗🤗🤗🙌🙌🙌🙌🙏🏻🙏🏻👌👌👌👍👍🌹🌹🌹❤❤❤🍀🍀🍀🍀
Each person that you meet is a new country to explore and discover. Male or female are to be appreciated and respected for what and who they are......IMO.
Dr. Riddhima i think this video should be more seen by Men, Thr is so much that we need to know about women🙂🙏🏽 So thank u Doc for the enlightenment🙏🏽
Very educational. Thank you Dr. Two thumbs up.
Very beautifully explained riddhima mam..
All women are beautiful, the Dr looks pretty.
Dr. Riddhima ji you are explaining such critical thing in our body so simple and easy to understand. Thank you very much doctor for your videos. Please go on giving such beautiful informative videos again and again in future 🙏
I had so many questions in my mind... Got some answers ... Thanks.
So well explained Dr. I am really happy that you have cared to address these points so well and convincingly.
She’s really good at describing at this things,
Let’s have some knowledge
There are so many things in this video I thought weren't normal and I feel so much better now:)
Thank you so much for sharing so much information...much required ❤️
its all extremely normal.........we as men also have a lot of issues but its just normal.....love yourself everyone....... even i dont have problem with my girlfriend having these things
Everything a woman goes through is natural, there is no shame in anything :)
Really nice video.. boys and girls both really need to watch this

❤️ thank u for making a man to understand a woman
Really appreciated..
We really need to talk about such topics👍

I feel enlightened after watching this! Thankyou ❤️

Your talking is Frank &outspoken, natural, above all humanitarian???!!!!Good Suggestion.
The word “ ladies” can be substantiated for women for speakers of languages that have no “w” sound. A Haitian French speaker asked me where the Omen’s room was. After a few trys I figured out she was asking for the Women’s room. Most Americans, including Presidents, don’t even try to learn another language even if they are living in another country for years. Thank you!
I actually cried watching this..... I thought he imperfections I had as mine only but now I know Women are like this... Thanku so much for raising my self confidence...... Really i am thankful❤
Great video, and great points.
Have a slight suggestion regarding point 10. I agree with the point, but supporting statement said at 5:18 about "all human beings desiring sex", might be excluding asexual individuals... It is okay to NOT desire sex too.
This things really matter alot in life rather than Believing in myths and calling it taboo. Every one of school should have education on this topic. But somewhere now also we're lagging out of this things. Somehow Need to be understand this kind of things.
Thank you for these. I know women who likely could benefit from this information as well
Sister God bless you , you made me feel so relaxed...I have few of the issues in my body I was embarrassed..bt now I know its norml to have it
U do yoga?
Bravo!! You are educating both men and women
I love a woman who don't feel embarrassed about her body
Conclusion:- it's all biology process and all those whch u are ashamed of it are a part of the process so nthng to worry and not to b ashamed. every1 face the same.
Thanks a lot mam on sharing your insight on a topic perceived "taboo". Whereas its just as natural as digestion process i would say.
I guess if we implement these in future curriculum for teenage kids in school, it will be perfect.
Because i have seen grown men having big big misconceptions
