Surprised to see you didn't talk about Vexing Bauble. It's a non combo with trap, but you can cycle the bauble before you cast trap and it protects us from pitched Endurance.
Additionally, Consign to Memory looks like it could be a good meta card if Eldrazi come up, hitting colorless and shuffle triggers in graveyards (and opening up Emrakul to reanimation)
Lastly, note Flusterstorm gets a reprint too, another really good pick up.
I was really hoping that MH3 had actual Mill support, but I think the set is basically just sideboard sidegrades. I also think Cephalid Coliseum is total meme copium in Mill and I'd be flabbergasted if it actually saw play
Coliseum will see tons of play in dredge.

Now I don't play mill, but wouldnt consign to memory be good to counter shuffle triggers from endurance and titan shuffles? While also just accidently countering rings etc?
What do U think about Disruptor Flute? Some copies in sideboard might be useful against planeswalkers or one ring... I also think about Amphibian Downpour, yep its expensive but with flash and storm may be quite powerful.
I think the aggro part, especially eldrazi, will rise up in popularity. So a good time to sleeve up some Ensnaring bridges and more countermagic in general i guess. I only see the strix counter somewhat relevant from MH3 for modern mill. Thanks for ur thoughts and keep us up to date regarding ur testings. See u in the Discord.
Do you think the price of fetchlands will drop after mh3? The fetches are kind of expensive so I'm not sure when is the best time to buy them
What you said about burn needs to be applied to ur mill gameplan maybe focus a gameplan on the most aggressive mill strategies possible and then make adjustments with the meta over time and shift out of aggro mill
Thoughts on Mono Blue Mill using Sanity Grinding with all the new MDFC cards to increase the amount of blue pips in the deck? I've been playing it for a few weeks at my lgs and it usually will mill more than a tasha's. I don't see tasha's being a great option if eldrazi and affinity take of with their high mana cards.
About how much do you average with sanity grinding

cephalid coliseum also is not a spell so you cant be countered by normal counter spells. kind of cool

MH3 was a total miss for a lot of archetypes that needed some support. Nothing for mill, nothing for scales, nothing for hammer time, nothing for food. All while giving cards like shifting woodland and spring heart nantuko to amulet titan, the best deck in the format, for no reason.
Isn't the best deck scam?
