Deoxy isn't native to S/V in Shiny or Non Shiny form so when you gen a Deoxy directly into S/V it wont get a valid home tracker and therefore wont be able to move to home. The only way around this is getting Deoxy from a game its native too XY Or previous gen
If they are natively available in the game they will be able to move to home. Example for Scarlet & Violet, Shiny Lugia is not natively available in S/V as its Shiny Locked within SV, it would first need to come from SWSH to be able to me into home, Non Shiny Lugia is available in Scarlet and Violet natively and there for would be able to move to Pokemon home directly from scarlet and violet.

S or Xs, it will change at will.

If you are using Discord you can change the ball the Pokemon is in by adding this to your trade request

If it isnt sending you a code then you are most likely entering the trade command incorrectly
