What did you do for the airbag? Trying to figure out which wires to add the resistor to…
What size resistor do you need for the airbag? How many ohms?
Does the steering wheel feel closer to you know or further away?
Same distance for me, but you can buy spacers or a quick connect to make it closer
Nice video, I installed the wheel no problems and kept the turn signal off feature like you showed. Let me ask you, how did you deal with the air bar red light on the dash that is left over?
I took out the bulb and it was still lit because of the backup led. I just dealt with it

I would consider it. It would have to be local pickup though and right now it is packed away as I am in the process of moving

Quick questions from Cali-
Can I do this on a newer Beamer? Like a 2k17 4 series? And would I pop it off from the horn the same way or do it differently. I’m going from standard manufacture steering wheel to a heart shaped custom quick release . And how would I bypass the airbag from resistance? Oh and so that would mean with my quick release I can’t install my air bag any more?
You would lose all controls on your stock wheel. You would need to purchase a resistor to satisfy the airbag system then clear the light. Research first

No airbag now ? Dangerous if you have accident.
