4 of the BEST Mobility Exercises

- The stick is my absolute favourite little tool at the moment for working on mobility and flexibility in a fun way, challenging my body in new directions so if you have a sticky stick around, or decide to pick one up from B&Q because you saw a girl on the internet doing fun stuff with one, then try these:
1️⃣ Cobra Press. Wedge the stick up against the wall, press the pelvis down and think of pulling your chest up, pressing the stick into the wall for leverage
2️⃣ Shoulder Floss. This feels SO good. Keep tension in the arms by imagining you are trying to shrink the stick and arms straight the whole time. In both positions, the front arm is pressing the stick back into the rear arm to find a deeper range of motion.
3️⃣ Internal Hip Rotations. Use the stick for balance and press the inner thigh up against it. Sweep the foot away from the stick, lifting it as high as you can.
4️⃣ Overhead Press. Again wedge the stick up against the wall. Drive the stick overhead, pressing it more strongly against the wall as you lift the torso and open the shoulders, pushing your head between the arms.

At the top right of your screen, there are 3 dots - click on them and it will give you the option to save in a playlist. You can create a dedicated playlist for it. I have a playlist just for stretches so every time I come across a video on that topic I save it there. Hope this helps :)
