My current EDC is half a Leatherman charge and knipex pliers. I took the saw from the rebar and put it in the charge handle so the tools are Knife, saw, file, bit driver. I want to 3d print a holder for extra bits to put into the dead space where the plier head would usually go.
You may please check my other videos of Charge Turbo. I swapped the pin/lock of the Signal and attached it to the Charge+ frame. I was able remove it by using a punch tool, just be careful not to damage the edge of the pin. I will post the build vlog of this soon, just need to have time though.
How do you keep the signal side from being so loose? I did the same but ended up taking it back apart, Becuase the hammer side has no stop for the pliers. It basically makes the pliers unusable Becuase they bend backwards what you go to use them

Hmmm, I did not make any mod for that part. Retention begins at the end of the signal frame.
