Nice and early.....just when I was going to bed! Unless I am tired, there is no point in going to bed. All I'll do is toss and turn. 405 looked good, and all those sets at 365 were smooth. I remember when that seemed much tougher! Pee 37 times, I hear that happens when you get old! 🤪
@LastChanceKnives yeah I got no sleep until around 5 when I laid back down. I felt strong oddly. Like nothing felt heavy. Maybe 405 but not as heavy as last time. Had a decent day. Have a good night..
well..i did eat my preworkout snack "small flower tortilla,natural peanut butter with a banana on it".. but it wasnt needed. As i said I have restless energy sometimes and anxiety. It gets bad sometimes..I guess like adrenaline..
This is one of the biggest advantages of having a home gym.

Hitting 405 in general is crazy but 130 In the morning makes it even more impressive 💪💪👍🏻
