Loved every minute of it!! Who said Axl Rose can’t sing?! I’m glad he was saving his voice at Glastonbury for us!!! To all you haters… meet guns n’roses… now fcuk off and let us go back to the ‘90’s with GNR and slash, the best guitar player I have EVER seen!!! I could watch a whole concert of joust him. I become mesmerised just watching him play and losing himself. He did not stop the whole concert at Hyde Park and as much as I love our Duff, slash plays his heart out the whole time and does things that just shouldn’t be able to be done!!!! I missed filming the classic songs like this because I couldn’t stand still long enough so thank you so much for this! Hope you got the other classics because I only got patience, and cried the whole way through it… I am so over the moon if this is the last time I see them live because I don’t think the performance can ever be beaten. I saw the at spurs and this was by far 80% better than that concert! I think I’d be afraid to go to see them live again as I want to always remember this concert as seeing guns n roses performing my songs in England. I have special memories of singing their songs and driving my mum mad, who passed away before knowing I got to see them live not once but twice! I’m gutted she doesn’t know that all those hours of hearing me sing their songs and the Jack Daniels T-shirt and use your illusion T-shirts she bought me for Christmases made me the fan I will always be. Mum knew the words to most of the songs because I listened to them so much and I couldn’t even phone her and let her hear this classic down the phone, but I hope she heard it and heard me singing because I couldn’t stop thinking of her whilst I did.. Thank you GN’R this meant more to me than just a concert. It sealed something in my heart and I still can’t stop watching the pathetic bits I did record… and am still trying to figure out why they had someone doing sign language on the big screens… that baffled me I have to admit haha. If I was deaf, I don’t think I’d have paid the lonely we paid for a ticket to watch a Little person doing sign language who looked like they were just playing air guitar and air drums anyway… but hey…. Who am I??? Loved loved loved it and think this has to be the best concert I’ve been to for the personal reasons and I’ve been to a lot and see certain artists every time I can. This is a childhood dream come true. Have to say I’m glad the image of Axl in his white hot pants will stay as it was from the 90’s and he didn’t try to bring that back to life like he did the famous 🇬🇧 hat! Some things should be left in the 90’s and that is a memory that was amazing back then but the performance as it was was just spot on as it was and the rain when he started playing November Rain was the icing on the cake. Just the cherry on top!
