Yung “Unli” is short for “Unli mited” rice. It is pronounce as englis “Unli” not pinoy “Unli”. You are very proficient now in tagalog since I started following you in tiktok! Good job pre! I wish you all the success!❤

    The free soup, whether it's bulalo broth or sinigang broth, is always given free if they serve that soup. It's used like you said to clean the palette and also to put in your "plain rice" to soften it and also to give the plain rice some flavor since plain rice really has no taste unlike your garlic rice. So, it's like ordering two dishes for the price of one, the taste of the inasal chicken and the taste of the bulalo (without the meat) or sinigang (without the pork). It's making you feel that you're getting extra, more bang for the buck, and it's a common strategy to make people come and to your karinderia.

    Inasal Kurt is skewered chicken cooked / grilled over charcoal....that's probably the reason why you saw smoke as 'inasal' creates that! Inasal was/is how common people did their grilling...
    We did a lot growing up but now it's mainstreamed because of its populist appeal! Nice of you to notice & highlighting it! Best of luck in all you do & Godspeed!

    Nice video Kuya Kurt, i have a recommendation for your ideas on your videos, you should try other popular fast food chains in the Philippines.
    This is list of the fast food chains:
    1. ChowKing
    2. Mang Inasal
    3. Greenwich
    4. Yellow Cab (Pizza Co.)
    If you like local foods try
    1. Gotong Batangas (Very Popular)
    2. Lechon Baboy (Popular especially in Cebu)
    3. Diwata Pares Overload (In Manila)
    4. Popoy's Lumpia Shanghai (Caloocan City)
    5. President Duterte's Favorite Karinderia (in Davao)
    Thats my suggestion Kuya Kurt (hope ko na makita mo to ❤).

    Common na po sa pinas yung free soup kapag umorder kayo ng food its not bcoz of the camera. Actually kapag hindi ka po binigyan ng free soup pwede mong remind yung server na bigyan ka po

    • @villamorbrown5483
      @villamorbrown5483 6 месяцев назад

      Actually from aunt's restaurant cooking practice....the 'free' soup comes from the 1st concentrate upon boiling the meat & bones, drained, spiced & mixed with vege to be served separately as a compliment! That way you get all the flavors of meat, bones & marrow ( bulalo ) + vege. Keep up the good job of showcasing Filipino food....by the way fruits are aplenty in 'Pinas especially in Tagaytay! You need some balance! Stay healthy! Godspeed!

  • @msroja2003
    @msroja2003 6 месяцев назад

    @TagalogKurt, I enjoy watching your Vlogs. I felt your pain when the Leche flan fell off, ang madaling paraan ng pag halo ng Halo-halo is to mix it from the bottom, (use your one hand to hold and support your halo-halo cup, preferably sa Rim/mouth or sa taas na bahagi ng baso, then yung isang kamay mo ay gagamitin mo sa paghahalo. Just put the spoon all the way down and mix it gently (up and down motion). To Million subscribers and Million views. Ingat palagi, more power and may God bless us all! 🙂❤🤙💪🙏
