Again, don't take everything/anything they say literally, e.g. Gin's "truth of strawberry milk."

You're got that right. Episode 165, where this scene comes from, is a comedy gold mine in my opinion. But from the minute Katsura/Will Smith appeared on screen until the ending, I was laughing my ass off. It was by far the best part of the episode, and this is one of my favorite standalone Gintama episodes as a result. (This is also one of my favorite examples of just how absolutely absurd Gintama can get at times.)
