Exercise is always something I dread before doing, but I always feel better afterwards. Keep up the good work 💪👍💯

@@TracyPayne-v2k I have to agree. I NEVER want to go but I am always glad that I did.

I see the Jamaican Rhythm showing itself. 😉
Highly educational, and in particular, how to help someone up. 👏
I like that the gym is clean and uncluttered, and the views seem amazing from what I'm able to discern from different angles.
Hats off to your trainer too; truly a pleasant chap. 👍
Chin up and keep smiling always. ✨

@@AbroadAbility I grew up on Bob Marley so rock steady is my kind of rhythm 🪘. Heartbeat sort of thing. 😉

Thank you for sharing about cerebral palsy, it is a condition that is often misunderstood. You have a great attitude, and I assume that you eat an extremely healthy diet. You look fantastic and your video was both enlightening and motivating.

Thank you for watching and for taking the time to comment. And I agree, CP is often misunderstood and people tend to focus on CP in children and the adults are just left to their own devices to figure things out. I actually am not the healthiest eater due to my snacking and sweet tooth but I try to balance it out.

I see those quads popping out and flexing.
