"I bless the drains down in Africa"..my favorite, probably because I love that song by Toto🤣. Thanks for saying there's flooding everywhere; people see floods and power outages in other countries and forget it happens here regularly. Love the footage!
Be sure to check out leaving the airport (Tocumen) via the new metro train station that's now connected to the Airport. $2 to buy a Panama Pass card (1 time) and load $5. You can get anywhere in the city for $1 as opposed to deceptive taxi drivers.
What a great idea to shoot timelapse videos and share them on this topic! I visited Panama last October during the rainy "low" season and it didn't dampen my experience at all. 😁 In fact, I'm planning to relocate there shortly if all goes well. Many thanks for your video contribution to this subject. It was concise, creative, and informative. Of course I liked it; I'm already a subscriber. Perhaps I'll see you before too long. 😎
We vacationed in Panama during the rainy season. It poured but not all the time. If you have a good umbrella it is not too bad. We really loved Panama even with the rain. Your time lapsed video and lightening clips were great!
@@russellbee2057 we saw a Picasso exhibit in a small art museum in Cisco viejo, checked out the Panama Canal museum and ate at some great restaurants. If you like malls there is a mall called the multiplaza. Also the Albrook mall. We still fit in some outdoor excursions between rain showers. A lot of what Panama has to offer is getting outside to enjoy nature. It is probably nicer during the drier months but more crowded and costlier. There is so much to explore and I need to go back and see more of the country.
Thank you! Great to hear your perspective on it. My family and I may visit Panama City during this rainy season, as long as we get my son's passport soon!
Great videos and content. I go to Panama often but just for vacation. Now I'm considering living there. How hard is it to open a Panamanian bank account and link it to an American account?
Practical tips as regards the predictability of showers in the rainy season. Love the tip about rain and getting your hair done. 😉 Exceedingly high quality content sugared with a marvellous sense of humor. 👏 ✨
How is the weather at this moment? Me and my husband are coming up there to check if it's a place we'd like to move to, we've done heavy research thanks to you and some others. I am looking at the forecast and it's saying raining everyday and it's not rainy season
"Midnight Drain to Georgia" and "Grate Expectations" are the funniest names. Thank you for the truth about the rainy season.
When I lived in Panama (1984-1987), the rainy seasons were not bad at all. In a way, welcomed. The timelapse’s are awesome. Very nice. 🙏
I feel the same way about it being welcomed. Glad to hear that you enjoyed the timelapses. I loved capturing them.
It rains for a few hours a day in Panama City and dries up super quickly due to the heat.

I love the time lapse scenes, especially the lightning 😊
Thank you. I saw the lightening off in the distance and ran to capture it lol. I am glad to hear that so many people are enjoying the time lapses.
Boquete is always cold and wet lol seriously it has its rain in the dry season but in the rain season its wet but beautiful
Excellent. Very informative, concise and well edited as usual. Love the music!!!
I would imagine that dehumidifiers are a total necessity during the raining season😊😊😊
another useful and beautiful video. great job. Panama late 2024 or 2025 is my goal.

Here in Oregon it will never flood because we have a city named Drain.
Thanks for this informative video. This is exciting to me. We will actually be moving there in the rainy season this July.
