I certainly went through here enough times starting in the 1960's. At one time I commuted from Oakland to Tiburon, a bus, a jog to the Ferry Building and a ferry.

@@barrytrain662 Yes. I'm old enough to remember the trains on the bridge, although I never rode them. Since my father worked for the railroad, we had a family pass on the Southern Pacific ferries.

I use to work right up the street from the East Bay terminal in the early 70's at 562 Mission street. Traveled many times thru the EB transit terminal taking the AC transit busses to Oakland and Alameda. They had a cool shoe shine parlor in the lower portion of the terminal

Kinda nice to see downtown looking so lively. One thing annoying about the new terminal is that it's completely overbuilt. You waste so much time traveling through all the wasted space instead of showing up and hopping on your bus.

Sad to hear that San Francisco is suffering. I heard that after the new terminal was opened they had to close it for a while for repairs.

Remember that it will also be a train station. It just takes patience. :)
