😬Honestly, we are in East Texas now, headed to FW soon, but we aren’t booked out past the next couple of weeks. We’ve been terrible about planning! We are working to get the next month planned out and then soft-plan the year. We get that out as soon as we have a direction! ☺️
Another good one! I really miss a lot about that part of the country. Also really enjoying the history content. You guys get even better with each video, keep em coming!
Great video guys. Great history there. Can't wait to see the Texas adventures. Ibwas supposed to be there next week for the beginning of Crappie season bit getting snow so staying to go snowmobiling. Lol Stay safe
Supposed to be getting 4-6" tonight and tomorrow and then again Thursday thru Saturday. Should be plenty of snow to ride here at home by thurs night at the latest. Heading north Jan 26th-28th and again 2nd weekend in Feb for our valentine's trip.
Next time you guys are in that area you need to go a little north to Oklahoma City and visit the Cowboy Hall of Fame Museum. We are not usually museum people but we went there and had a great time! Spent over two hours there. Lots to see and very interesting.
I love true history. It is fascinating to discover how much has been omitted from the history books. It’s now a new year and look forward to y’all’s next adventure. It is a cold rainy day here in Greenville SC and we have 3 showings on our house, fortunately the RV is going on! 20 months until retirement and RV life.
It is nice to know that the states are recognizing the Native American history. All native tribes were forbidden to speak their native tongues. Thank you so much for this video. Stay safe and hope you had enjoyed the holidays. John and Cheryl.
Are the lights under your RV easy to install and on your Amazon store? Oklahoma was part of my territory years ago and traveled most of it but for work visiting customers, not touring. Looking forward to trying fried pies! lol. Enjoyed the video!
The lights are extremely easy! We used the tape that came with it and then some of the clips they included as well. We just put the clips on with two-sided tape, rather than drilling. The company link is below, but you can search for outdoor strip lighting. They are fun! Beware of the fried pies! They are dangerous! govee.sjv.io/PyY7Qe
Really cool! I love the history aspect and to be this close to Arkansas, it’s an easy do-able trip for us! Village Creek State Park in Wynne, Arkansas has a deep rooted Indian history.
Yes! It looks like it’s in the middle of nowhere, but there were other things we could have done, while there! They have an old drag strip right by the campground too!

@@nomadictrekrv We are in Lufkin TX through next Thursday and then headed to Fort Worth. We have to go back to Arkansas to handle something, but from there, we aren’t sure. We may dip back South to get warm! Sheesh! All this snow! 😂
This is exactly why history should be taught properly and not buried to save white feelings. History is so important to people improving. Look up what Oklahoma did in Tulsa. We have a sad racist state. Sadly, it’s still pretty racist.
Cody teases me because the truth can get you heated in a hurry. We chuckle at how things are worded throughout museums, to soften and sugarcoat. But the history is pretty fascinating!
@RVUntethered History is fascinating and terrifying all at the same time. It is a great educational tool, and even the sad parts will teach us to be better people........ at least I hope.
For the record, I'm white and not offended by America's history because I HAD NO PART IN IT. I used those lessons to teach my kids to be better people and why their roles in society matter.
@@mommasonthemove9144We agree 100%! We both have a lot of Native American backgrounds, but we also believe that being ‘real’ with our history is important. What’s the quote? ‘Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it.’ Plus, those kids are getting a fantastic education, being on the road!

Nice, safe travels
Thanks for watching!!
This was indubitably a fun video, thank you!
😁Thanks!
Keep up the good work. Your videos just keeps getting better.
Thank you!
Ive found so much History as I use the less traveled roads. That fireplace with the second story was awesome.
You’re absolutely correct! These interactive sites are so neat!
Love the history and i say more fried pies!!
Mom didnt raise cody to wear jeans 3 days in a row lol😂
Hehe! He was such a clean freak as a teen! 🤣 Washing them wears them out!
The laundry room is a rock down at the creek. 😃
Ha! 😆
I love visiting historical sites. Gettysburg is my favorite.
We enjoy and appreciate it, but we need a break from “history” sometimes. 😁We just love what some states do with their interactive sites. Pretty neat!
Awesome video. Looks like a great place to stop when we leave Dallas to go to Missouri. We love history. Will look for the sticker at the park. 😀
Yes! They may give you an option to be close to the office or back where we were. We liked the quiet area in the back! ☺️ Pretty nice area!
Thank you for the tour. Looking on a map you wouldn't think there is much to see in that area. Where in Texas do you like to "winter?"

We visited it last year and it WAS really great! We have to space out our museums too..ha…but it was pretty good!

Billy Bob; ain’t you never seen the movie “Oh Brother Where Art Thou” with George Clooney? They pronounce “Tishomingo” correctly in that movie.
It’s been a LONG time since we’ve watched that movie! 😂 we don’t remember that though! 😂
