Angela and Cody, we enjoyed meeting both of you as well at the KOA in Texarkana. We are currently wintering at Superstition Sunrise RV resort in Apache Trail, AZ. We went to Lectric bike in Phoenix and purchased our two bikes. You are both nice genuine people. The retired Canadians. Pat and Christine.
In my opinion, I could be wrong (but I doubt it!) The train horn needs to be the priority, come on man! There are clueless drivers who need a blast so they can get a clue. Therefore I would categorize it as a Super Power, and we all know superpowers are used for good!
Good to see y’all another great video of places we never would have thought about stopping at. And the blue water system and lines are great investment when in the RV or a home. Cody I’m still hopeful you will get the train horns. Angela I know you want him to have them PLEASE yall are so much fun to watch. Stay safe and Happy travels
We may! I am finalizing some Florida dates but I’m thinking that’s on the list. I book a week coming up and a week in the Fall, then a week coming up, then a week in the summer. It’s REAL scientific! 😂 I know…we’ll be in St Augustine for Christmas. I think that’s what I was thinking. And the e week after is NOT booked but I was looking in that area. Lol. Had to check notes.
Good advice on cold weather camping! Up here if you want to cold weather camp, recommend you winterize, buy a dehumidifier, and have extra propane, and a generator.
Great tip for water system during freezing temperatures. I've been wanting to get some of that T-9. Now, I definitely have to.🎉 hope yall had a great Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas!
We are full time now in our 42’ Montana -18 is the coldest so far…. In Canada 🇨🇦 thou , snow then rain so everything on the ground is pure ice .. oh the joys lol
Looj at Vixen air compressor horn kit. They offer different size tanks, motors, and Duty Cycle motors. You can get a kit on sale for 189ish and it will come with the 3 or 4 trumpets. The 4 sounds better FYI. I have 2 systems and love it. I also use it through electric solenoids to inflate/deflate my rear airbags.
@RVUntethered I don't think I can link it here but the 2 different kits I got are 200 psi units. Plenty for airbags and I also ran nylon airbrake tubing up the back corner from underneath and through the hole in the bed for an airchuck. I carry airhose so in a pinch I can also winterize the trailer. I will probably utilize that at the end of the month when we go from NC to NJ. I'll post the link in another comment below but usually they get removed. LMK if you have any questions.
We camp all year around in Ohio, why? Great tip you shared! Never fails, propane runs out when sleeping! When Mike retires, our winters will be much warmer! We love learning the history of the places we travel! BT9 is awesome! Thanks for sharing! Stay safe!
We were just talking about you guys, when we knew you were in Ohio for your meetup. We discovered that our underbelly doesn't have insulation on it either, which is odd. Eventually we'll pull that thing down and put some under there.
As much as I’d like to say something about the trade horn I’m not so I’m not causing problems. Y’all should’ve went to eat at El Chico’s. That’s Loretta’s favorite place. We always go there when we go through Texarkana.❤
Cody needs a train horn. He perked up in the video when he thought he had one when he reached for that switch. Just think how your grandson will love to hear the train horn when you come to visit.
Now that you have the RAM and diesel, I'm sure it's much easier to get fuel. What was your preferred way to fuel the Godzilla with trailer in tow? Thanks!
Honestly, fueling the gas truck was the only negative that we felt with the Ford. It made things pretty scary at times. I almost think the larger fuel tank is just as great though! We have the trucker lanes now, but we have only had to fuel in-transit once now!
We go through Texarkana once a year. We stayed at the KOA once and didn’t like we now stay at Sunshine RV park down highway. Much nicer and there’s a truck stop near by to fuel up for the next day easily.
This is the one (below) that we ordered about 2.5 years ago, but it’s showing out of stock. I do love this thing. The only complaint I have is that some of the seals are busted, so I have a couple of links that I have to REALLY watch my fingers! Haha! I’m not sure if there’s another similar brand that may work. amzn.to/41rf0gI
I just don’t understand the big draw for a train horn. Maybe because I startle easily😬 So is it about wanting what you can’t have 🤔 or are you teasing an upcoming video 🫢🙂
Hey guys! So I saw the post you put up about the Meetup at the Tampa RV show, but I can't find the link to the form now. Can you point me in the right direction?
You bet! Here is the link with the details and an option to sign up. forms.gle/d71dEq5PLquCh3JV7 Also, if you want to be set up with our newsletter, to be the first to get these notices via email, shoot us an email at Howdy@rv-untethered.com and we’ll get you added for future events.
My only choice is bottled water here in Canada in -30 plus temps Even then im using the microwave to thaw it or leave a bottle under an electric blanket Im looking forward to April when i can enjoy normal living again and ride my Harley As i cant afford to travel or pay site rent on my 2k a month pension
As much as I appreciate a product recommendation, could you at least show us where and how you lubricated with the T9 and the before and after results?
Train horn, Cody needs a train horn. I hear you don't have to keep a train horn warm during freezing weather, it keeps working. That's not true of anti-train horn people. 🤣
I never, ever leave my: BluTec filter, Southwire power management protection and my water hookup “tree” unsecured at a campground. Call me paranoid, but I worked too hard to buy 0:15 the best equipment that I could afford, and I really don’t want to lose it to some thieving lowlife. I even secure my grill and Fatboy cooler. Cables and padlocks do the trick. I also use a Proven Industries’ hitch lock and hitch locking pins. No stock door or storage compartment locks either. Security while traveling is a top priority.

I'm so glad that you got your bikes! I bet you'll love them. Safe travels!!
"Breaking our own rules again" a motto I've lived by lately. 😂 -J
😂😂😂
Angela- ‘He’s out of control’😂 I think this happens to most of us.
😂😂
In my opinion, I could be wrong (but I doubt it!) The train horn needs to be the priority, come on man! There are clueless drivers who need a blast so they can get a clue. Therefore I would categorize it as a Super Power, and we all know superpowers are used for good!
AHAHA
It’s already started! Baby clothes! 😂 we continue to do the same for our 3 month old granddaughter! Monthly birthdays! Good info!
I know, right??!! 🤦🏼♀️
I switched to the T9 a while back and love it. Great video as always, thanks!
Thanks for watching! The T9 has truly surprised us!

They make horns that sing a cool tune..right? LOL
Hahahaha, think Santa is bringing Cody a Train Horn for Christmas this year….
Hmmmmmm 🤔🤔🤦🏼♀️
After 1 winter of disconnecting our water every time in went below freezing we bought a heated hose and haven’t had any problems in below zero temps.
Those are pretty nice! If were going to stay longer in one place, I'd be more apt to do it. I'm sure that we will eventually do that.
Cody, instead of a train horn, I've found that a hood mounted bazooka is effective in getting people out of my way and off my last nerve 😁👍
😂😂😂
Stay warm. Even a little chilly here in Florida. If yas are coming to space coast this winter let us know. We can get dinner. Jeff n Karen.
Oh btw you NEED a train horn. Hint hint Santa.
We may! I am finalizing some Florida dates but I’m thinking that’s on the list. I book a week coming up and a week in the Fall, then a week coming up, then a week in the summer.

It’s definitely worth a shot! We had heard about it for a year before we tried it. We didn’t want to spend the money at first. Pretty great stuff.
I hope Santa brings Cody a train horn for his new truck. I mean Angela has her seat warmer? Seems unfair.
AHAHA
Those quick connect stainless water hoses are the bomb! I can't imagine not having them.
Yaaaassss!
We are planning on coming to hot springs the 27-28
Very cool! Hot Springs is fun and pretty around the holidays.
We are on our way to Florida. 😊
We are full time now in our 42’ Montana -18 is the coldest so far…. In Canada 🇨🇦 thou , snow then rain so everything on the ground is pure ice .. oh the joys lol
Brrrrrrrrrre yuck

What I wonder is IF we go with a bigger rig, we might need air bags and then I’d much rather do something like that where I can do both.

All Cody wants for Christmas is a train horn! I just received my Moto Horn time to get it installed.
Only if it sings a cool tune! LOL
As much as I’d like to say something about the trade horn I’m not so I’m not causing problems. Y’all should’ve went to eat at El Chico’s. That’s Loretta’s favorite place. We always go there when we go through Texarkana.❤
Haha! Oh man, we were kids the last time we ate at an El Chico! 😦😦
Post office was very cool! B & B in a jail. Hmm. I have never had a smoked turkey.... maybe someday. Happy Thanksgiving! - Michelle
I was tempted to stay in the jail! 😁
Good video 😊 the the train horn just saying condescending aluf pompous airigent safe travels
Haha
11:36 While a clean truck might be a happy truck, the only good 4-wheel drive is a DIRTY 4-wheel drive. Just ask any Jeep owner!
😆😆Makes sense!
Cody needs a train horn. He perked up in the video when he thought he had one when he reached for that switch. Just think how your grandson will love to hear the train horn when you come to visit.
AHAHA! Ooooh yeah! Infants LOVE loud noises! Lol
Come Ang, you know that a train horn can be fun.
They make horns with a fun tune!!

Oh nice! We may have seen that one. This one wasn't bad, but it was SO noisy!! Noise doesn't usually bother us , but I bet it does a lot of people.
Cody, which telescoping ladder did you choose? Happy with it?
I like the Little Giant ladders.

@ aren’t they heavy?
@@RVUntethered Thanks!
About 25 lbs
I think Cody is going to have a tough time getting into that John Deere onesie 😂
HAHAHA! It might be a little small.
I just don’t understand the big draw for a train horn. Maybe because I startle easily😬 So is it about wanting what you can’t have 🤔 or are you teasing an upcoming video 🫢🙂
No teasing! 😁😁 I jump easily too. Maybe THAT’S why I don’t like it! 😂
Hey guys!

If you put softener first it will make your filters last longer.
Could be! Blu Tech said especially if you use well water or in really high levels of calcium..etc.
Tank heaters? They operate on electric.
So Cody wants a fancy water softener or a train horn for Christmas 🎄 Hmm 🤔 Such hard decisions these days. lol 😂
HAHAHA. He ALWAYS wants something!
@ We men love our toys. Big and loud seems the best. Sorry but it’s in our blood. 🤔
😁
The days get shorter with or without Daylight Savings Time
We protest! 🤣
So Cody says you color your hair.
LOL! I don't really care. I have claimed that I will be blonde on my deathbed! Some of it is natural!
Oh my goodness!
As much as I appreciate a product recommendation, could you at least show us where and how you lubricated with the T9 and the before and after results?
Absolutely. We’ll cover that in a future video!
of course you need the John Deere onesie, otherwise you can't take photos of the new baby in it. :)
Right!
state line goes right down main street /state street
Yes! So neat!
Train horn, Cody needs a train horn. I hear you don't have to keep a train horn warm during freezing weather, it keeps working. That's not true of anti-train horn people. 🤣
Well....you're not wrong! LOL
I never, ever leave my: BluTec filter, Southwire power management protection and my water hookup “tree” unsecured at a campground. That's smart! It's so sad that we have to think about it.
The train horn is for all the idiots out there that pull out in front of you and then turn left in a 1/4 Mille. Grrrrr
Haha
Hmmmm. Old truck Ewwwww- gaaa horn,
Gunshot horn
Bomb falling horn,
People screaming horn,
Brakes squealing horn, there’s so many better options.
😁
