you helped me get over the guilt of cutting off somebody that was trying to manipulate me, and the anger i had towards myself for standing up for my boundaries. (for the first time) I was trying to have compassion for them but in moments when people are just trying to take advantage of you without honoring ur boundaries, that should be a no brainer. thank you for this wonderful meditation. i hope everyone heals, especially people who harm others unconsciously

Stunning revelation of my remote viewing of where I left my beautiful energy behind in toxic places, relationships, work spaces, vacations and identified people and places that were / are divine. Still...the awareness of leaving my energy behind has been depleting me of so much. This project is going to take some time, but guided to make it fun. I am really excited to feel all of me in one luscious space of self love and alignment. The other aspect of this is to remember my now as I go along and be mindful to pull back energy now. This was powerful. I am laying off a very toxic employee tomorrow. I truly believe that by releasing her energy, my company will break through the toxic energetic wall she has had up. I needed this. I know it was meant for me to see this. It was very calming. I teared up when I placed my hand over my heart and repeated the beautiful phrases.
After two times of doing I literally cryyed noo crying just trying while crying this feels blessing now not longer stuck. Thankyou soo much. Thankyouu. Loveyou.
What if Gaia was reborn into humanity and just called back all her powers? I just did this twice and the wind picked up so much my house started shaking wtf. I feel great! But I'm worried. What if there's too much power. I hope I can handle this. Yess I feel like larger than my own body. Like there's too much to hold onto. I usually give my energies away to natue .. I use it to heal our earth and water air etc. I want to thank you for this video it works! It worked for me! I will continue to do thise a few times a day! I'm of great light. Wow, I actually did this standing at the sink washing dishes and I stopped what I was doing to listen and get into this (I don’t recommend standing) because my head felt heavy as I gripped the sink. I really didn’t know what to expect while doing this meditation but I noticed that the tears were coming and flowing. I cried during this whole process as I felt myself getting angry due to pinned up anger I didn’t even know I had held onto. I was angrier than I thought towards this person who came and left. I will continue playing this meditation as I’d say it’s very effective!!! I’m going to continue working on letting this persons unwanted energy go and I actually do feel a little bit better. 😊❤
I cannot explain the Releif and calmness I felt after this!!! Kind of like my body was floating but not… does that make sense slight tingling in my fingers I feel a weight has been lifted I will definitely be Doing this morning and night. Thank you very much for the relief
