    Funny enough, there are 18 and 20 year old Ballechins around the same price that were aged solely in port pipes. Unbelievable stuff.

      @@craze75 Yep bought them immediately after I saw them online, especially after last year's Ballechin releases (which were also fantastic).

      @@asiridesigns5344 well like Jason said, 20y peated cask strength whisky in this pricerange is pretty rare. Especially portpipe matured…….
      Im surfing the internet looking for an opportunity to buy a sample😅

    Whisky in France, despite the amount they drink, carries a 20% tax, whereas Germany is at 16% I believe? Obviously a shop in Paris will add 20% Paris tax :) for good measure.
