Solid video there - well explained, well filmed and enjoyed watching it. Nice work. Ignoring the tyres being on cords, I actually think the underside is a lot cleaner than it might have been - you've done well there!
@@TingzOnWheelz no game changers - I think you're a very luck man. Factor in modern tech on a number of items and I think this will be a genuinely brilliant save! Pricing should be reasonably sensible too as it hasn't got a daft badge on the bonnet.
@@TingzOnWheelz I'm just worried once u fix watever u can fix and start ripping through the gears than we'll find sum other weak points start failing .... God forbid the crank bearing might go coz it happened to me on a swapped used Mazdaspeed3 engine and 2500km later the rod started to knock and dats it, enuff is enuff, I tear the whole engine down and rebuild it proper like it's a new engine ... 4 years and 1000s of km later, it still holding up with zero issue. I really do luv the 90s Calibra turbo engine in a Nova chassis and I'm not even a Brit😅
@@princesssolace4337 I hear that, it’s always risk. This is my friends car so just doing what it takes to get it rolling again, there’s bound to be teething issues once it is going but he has no plans to get rid , deffo a cool car though!

@@bobbyrayofthefamilysmith24 whilst I agree from a purist point of view, it’s not what my mate wants so it’s going to stay the way it is.
❤❤❤🎉
I don't understand why u didn't drop the engine and change wats needed to be change on the bench .... if the pump is 'meh' OK, I wud still change it
I haven’t got the equipment for a lift out, gotta make do with what I’ve got for now, pump is 100 percent going to be changed though don’t worry
