Maven really is the quality of guy to join a long form interview with a brand new content creator, immediately encourage the man in setting higher ceiling goals for himself and the thing I love the most of all is the sincere effort to build him up and push him to be proud of what he’s done. Working to make him feel better about how nervous he had felt by immediately relating how nervous he has been to implicitly communicate that he isn’t alone and he can push past his fears. Sometimes you run across a random video that makes you feel good that you’ve been consuming somebody’s content because Maven just seems to ooze sincerity and kindness and is an easy guy to root for to succeed.
I work in education, and I totally understand what Maven is saying regarding teaching. Respect to all educators!
