mam i think you have a mistake while taking the session chemical weathering.while you are say about hydrolysis you said that hydrogen is break down in to hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions but you writed the equation this way.(H20>H+OH-).i think actually you want to said that it is the breaking of water into hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions.
