I’ve never understood why people in your comments section “talk down” to you. For a guy who owns his own house has 2 vehicles, a dog and a successful YT channel you think some of them would get that you are doing ok...and not...as some commenters say...”wasting money by ruining/breaking stuff”. It’s all about perspective and respect for others. You do good Taco... if you are reading some of the comments please take it with a grain of salt. Lots of people think they can do it better...I have yet to see their videos!

The guitar isn't broken. 1 string is a couple bucks. It looks to be in generally good condition and worth $30-50 depending on the model (number should be on the label inside)
In the military bag looked like an IBA (individual Body Armor) It was hard to see exactly what was with it from the angle but it looked like a full kit. If the Sapi plates are in it take them out and sell them separate. Its a nice find either way.

Some people hide valuables in coffee grinds, powder soap, sugar, pancake mix, etc. Be sure to pour out and make sure.
That rolling cart looked almost in new condition. If you've ever seen what they cost new, you'd faint! I'd be charging more than $10!! Hope you get a good price, Taco!!
The Maestro guitar is an entry level (beginners) guitar produced by Gibson Guitars. It regularly sells on Craigslist for 40-50 bucks. It sells on eBay for about the same plus shipping. Definitely sell it for more than 5 bucks at the flea market. If you string it and tune it so a person can pick it up and play it, you can ask 40 at the market and let it go for 20-ish dollars and still feel good about it. 👍
It’s so humorous, you go trash picking in the garbage and trash but you always seem so offended when anything is smelly. 😂
The beret is for the current army dress uniform looks brand new. That big army vest is plate carrier for Kevlar bullet proof plates. Looks like the old molle vests should be decent money if you can clean it up

Yeah, if that vest has the armor panels in it you can probably get a good bit more for it than you paid for the locker.

Also, he just whizzed that TV past us, but the back looks like my Samsung. Could be worth good bucks - IF it works - which they have a habit of not doing after only a couple years.
Hi Taco! You will make your money back that's for sure. I would take the time to look up some of the stuff. Some of those clothes might be name bran. That kitchen cart should be worth more than 10.00. And all that Army stuff. I really like the clean outs better than trash picking. But don't get me wrong I like all your video's. Be safe and may God always be with you.
My daughter is a tattoo artist and equipment can be very expensive. I would do some research!

You say to cheap. But i have had same stuff over 4 years. I look ebay sold price for my items then price 1/2 to little less then half of that price. But get told my items are way to high for flea markets.

Hi Taco - In one of the bins was a knitted cap w/ army patch. The patch looked like 10th mountain division .Just look for knit hat again.

The guitar is a beginner's instrument. It cost $120 new at Guitar Center. The only thing I could see wrong with it, is a broken string. It's not very well rated online.
That is a flak jacket, and the inner plates are the property of the Army if they have serial numbers on them. Check with a recruiter or reserve unit to find out if you can legally keep or sell them.
I love going along watching what you get in the lockers and garbage pickin ! I like to see a young guy who gets out there and hustles to make a buck ! I never met you but think of you as a friend ! Like one of my nephews they are about your age !
The paperwork and military items try to put aside, and it might be that person did not come back from combat. Perhaps the family would like some of that back. Looks like that could be why the locker was not paid, unfortunately.
If he didn't come back from combat, I don't think that weighted vest and duffle bag would be in there. The high heeled shoe was odd though.

The guitar while not a great make, is worth more than 5.00 as long as the neck is not warped and the turning pegs work. 1 new string is several dollars. I would flea market it in the 30 to 40.00 range.
This locker makes me sad. As a mother of two military sons, this looks like when they are transferred suddenly and have to scramble to put stuff in storage.
12:46 could be a 10th mountain division patch. From what I remember, that division was the first ski division in the military back in WW2. The patch looks new though.

Taco, that is a ballistic vest. My son, a veteran, says there is a gel, that can stop a 9mm. And it should have plates and could be worth $300 and if it has the plates $500. My son said it's illegal to sell it. It's military property and if you have a base nearby to take it there and tell them how you got it.
Not necessarily. Taco will need to research if there are legal issues on this one. The payoff could be worth the time. Military surplus is sold off all the time. And the guy was (apparently) allowed to keep the vest. I wonder if there is a serial number somewhere on that vest. Quick check found that generally it is not illegal for civilians to own bullet proof vests, except for convicted felons.
They are sold in military supply stores so it is not illegal, they also list them on Ebay. Soldiers also buy stuff out of their own money. It is only illegal in some states for convicted felons to possess them.

The vest is an IOTV, older style 10 years old or so. Not issued anymore by the Army. Didn't appear to have the ceramic plates in it (valuable and can be put into newer/other vests). If you open up the velcro on the inside if you see a gray liner, that is the woven kevlar fabric (called soft armor that stops up to 9mm). You can part it out on ebay for people that are missing parts. Yoke, neck collar, daps, etc... Perfectly legal to own the IOTV and resell.
At least you found laundry detergent to clean up all those nasty clothes before you try to sell them or donate them.

the armored vest will have a tag inside, telling you what it is, what weather to wear it in and the size and measurements. I have laughed for decades now that all of my husbands gear had instructions ..from the tee shirts , to the nomex firesuits
Nomex fire suits are hell to wash if you folliw the instructions!

The Masetro is a student guitar made by Gibson. I would have no problem paying $50 for it if the missing strings are the only issue.
I had one and couldn't even get $20 for it and it was in excellent condition. When they're used they have very little value

Today I did notice the unit you bought for this video did resemble a locker but - storage unit facilities have "STORAGE UNITS" not storage lockers ! Can we all start saying storage units. I often hear you refer to units as units, then in the same breathe say locker(s).

You might try reselling the millitary stuff at your local military surplus they may give you a decent price knowing the value they can sell it for.

OMG Taco Stacks you found a ton of treasures. Taco Stacks the Chock-full nuts coffee can keep it. The twin towers were removed from all cans after 2001. Look at the bottom of the can SV represents Suffolk, Virginia where it manufactured at. If you find one with Twin Towers keep it also. GREAT VIDEO AND GREAT CONTENT. THUMBS-UP ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know with the weight of the change in the bottle there was a very good chance it was already cracked. It probably wasn't going to make it anyway. I doubt you setting on the floor would have normally broken it. Doesn't really matter didn't hurt the change inside.

That’s an old Army Beret. The patch has a place for your unit crest. You can probably fetch $10 on eBay for it. I still have my old beret from the Army.

That’s an Army ACU Flack vest, looks like there are plates to it. Those go for a few hundred dollars or more. I would get it priced at a surplus store.

As far as I know-those were never personal property of the soldier-they had to be turned back in to the Army. That's why there are not many on the market-they are often stolen US Govt property.

Check the stuff you said is paperwork. 1 it might give you more info on the military bag. 2 My aunt and uncle use to hide $ in books and paperwork! We found that out when they passed and we cleaned their house! Just some info for you!!😁😁

I’m always surprised what people put in a storage unit. They’re not cheap! They store things that could be rebought for much cheaper than the cost of a locker/unit.
