Being active to raise my adrenaline (walking) during the day helps me, getting done what needed to be done and writing things down do I don't lay there and think "I don't want to forget that" helps too. Listening to sounds that sooth me is my favorite.

      Hi
We don't recommend the Menopause Support with the Pill but you can take the sage for flushes or the Sleep Well

Very very supportive! Thank you so much, Aileen. On Vacation in the Netherlands I have bought Echinaforce tablets;.it works amazing,❤ feeling so good, especially in these cold days. I couldn't find it in my country. I buy some extra bottles to takeaway home.
    God bless you Aileen. ❤🙏🏻

Unfortunately, we can't ship to the US, sorry but your local health store should be able to recommend something similar for you

Thank you for this. I am going through the fatigue stage right now. It is hard. Especially since I am a night person that has a lot going on right now. My tip- Night owls need to keep the same schedule but in reverse. Keep our same bed time, keep the room dark and cold.

      Hi Betty
It really depends on what your main symptoms are as you can take different remedies for different issues. However, a good over 50s female multivit can be helpful generally.

Hi Eileen this is off topic but I have read conflicting information about a b vitamin complex...is it ok to take every day? And is it ok to take with breakfast if you've had coffee with it? Thank you 😊

      Hi
B Vits are really important for so many processes in the body and it is often quite difficult to get all of them from the diet so a daily supplement is a great idea. Your nutritional needs go sky high with all the hormonal changes which often leads to extra stress on the nervous system and B vits are important for calming the nerves, helping energy production and aiding absorption. As long as you are not taking too high a dose, it is fine to take these on going. I've been taking a complex since my early twenties and have had no issues.
In times of great stress a B100mg Complex is fine short term and for an ongoing one, a B50mg Complex or slightly lower is fine. Many B Vit supplements are very low and really not worth taking.

Breakfast is the best time to take as they help with energy so don't take before bed! Taking with coffee should be OK
