      You may find the Night Essence helpful here. Flower Essences work on reducing the brain's 'chatter' allowing the mind to stay switched off for longer

    I struggle to calm my active brain despite trying many recommendations. I've also had night terrors, which are awful. I'm now trying white noise, especially gentle rain. Informative vlog, Eileen, thank you. 😊

    Definitely watch what you are in putting during the day. Someone will say something "bad for my brain" during the day, I tell them " if I have a nightmare tonight I'm calling you up even if it's at 3 in the morning" they usually laugh.

    I get to sleep I do have vivid dreams but in black and white so I know it's a dream. But I wake up any time between 3.15am and 6.00am.

    I am in perimeno, and it happens to me the sleep paralysis . My specialist told me it's when there is a time between the brain wok up and the body wok up . Just try to go back and don t panic usually it took less than few minutes before both get in the same time and you wok up normally. Than you very much for what you are doing. You really saved my life from going crazy . Could you do a video on the perimeno and understand where we are and how long to get to the other side. Thank you very much again.

    Does anybody wake up in the early morning and just feel so sick. It takes about an hour to “come right” and the feeling of unwell, to wear off. What is the cause ?

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  4 месяца назад

      This is usually due to imbalanced blood sugar levels. Eating a protein and fibre rich snack before bed can help and keeping something like oat cakes beside your bed to eat as soonas you wake up (Like with pregnancy nausea) this can help. Add cinnamon to your diet, this helps balance blood sugars. Nettles are also great, you can drink nettle tea or try our nettle tincture. Our Molkosan prebiotic drink can help as well. I hope this helps!

    Thank you for a helpful video. Would it be possible to do one about having PMS-like symptoms in menopause please? Apparently this can be quite common 😮

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  5 месяцев назад

      Hi Wendel
      Yes, PMS-like symptoms are really common especially in the beginning of the menopause. Although hormone levels are falling, there can still be a sort of monthly cycle for quite a while. Hormones are not high enough to trigger a bleed but can often cause the usual PMS symptoms that were experienced before periods stopped

    I have given up that this stage in peri life that women will get a good night's sleep. Too much going on with our bodies. I have been power napping. I have the vivid dreams. I do love those. Some of my best novel ideas have come from those dreams.

    Have you got a video on HRT ? What is your opinion 😢

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  5 месяцев назад +1

      Hi
      As we focus on more natural remedies and treatment for the perimenopause and menopause we don't do any articles on HRT, sorry. If anyone wishes to try HRT, we advise that they seek proper medical advice from their doctor who will be able to give them the best options for their specific circumstances
