Vegan is a way of saying you support animals right not to be property. It’s not a diet and there are dozens of vegan friendly diets.
This is great! Before my dad got sick he thought a plant based diet was nonsense but now thankfully his health is good and he hasn't had any meat or eggs or much dairy in over two years. Thanks for posting
I was never a big meat eater but I used to use and consume a lot of dairy and eggs; full-fat milk, heavy cream, butter -- mostly for baking and desserts -- and half and half in my coffee twice a day. Oh, and cheese. OMG, I used to love my grilled cheese sammies. But I went vegan in January. Wasn't even aware about Veganuary to be honest, but I cut out all the meat, dairy and eggs and the cheese.
Before going vegan, I used to suffer from terrible muscle pain and tightness and inflammation in my body for decades, and since going vegan, 95% of pain, tightness and inflammation gone, and my chronic hemorrhoids hasn't flare up since (I feel normal!). And the effects and benefits were pretty much immediate. Folks, at least try cutting out the dairy, cheese and all milk products and see and feel your body do much better and start to heal. Cow's milk is full of pregnant mama cow hormones and is for baby cows. Humans are the only animals that consume another species' milk into our adulthood and it's wreaking havoc on our health. Cheers.
Plus, I feel a sense of well-being and feel more calm.
they should have used your experience in this interview 🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽
@@fenysnake Thank you! And, of course, my experience of positive change and health improvements isn’t unique among those who go vegan. 🌱
Humans aren’t herbivores.
And humans also aren't supposed to eat meat/dairy products sourced from chemically-enhanced/treated animals which, unless you are raising your own meat/dairy animals (and you are not), you do every day.
That's why, as long as the diet is properly balanced, vegans/vegetarians who don't have any underlying issues/disease will ALWAYS be healthier than people who eat mass-produced meat/dairy products.
l think it's funny but aIso quite sad when some JA (who eats fast food multiple times a week) talks trash about my vegetarian (borderline vegan) eating habits.
l'm 46 and all l take is a muIti-vitamin and flaxseed oil every day-no bIood pressure issues, high cholesterol, etc. and that is VERY rare and near impossibIe for a meat eater unIess they're eating nothing but wiId rabbit/deer/etc. that also haven't been around any of our modern chemical products (fertilizers, polluted water, contaminated vegetables, and so on.).
No, they're opportunistic and can do just fine on a vegan diet. In fact trials routinely shows that vegan diets lead to better outcomes for humans Vs all other diets
Yes, we are.
@DrewTheConqueror
Humans can easily meet all of our nutritional needs without violently exploiting the bodies of sentient victims.
So we should.
Vegan diets lack of vitamin b12, iron and so on. So healthy they have to take supplements...
