When you reach a point of meta cognition, how does a person act from that space from a point of gratitude and acceptance for how to move forward? in other words, "I'm feeling lonely. This is ok. I don't want to feel lonely. So I'll call someone or do something not to feel lonely (avoidance). How do we make those decisions from a better point?
