Up next in my transcending light series is a magnificent #dutchpour twist on a backdrop of teal and purple. The cells are AMAZING in this painting and I'm really happy with how the composition came together. #acrylicpourpainting is always a dance between the artist and the paints. There is a rhythm that evolves as the painting comes to life. Paints speak to the artist and the artist replies. I find that when I don't try to hold on too tightly to my original concept is when the best paintings emerge. #pourpainting is most definitely a practice of learning to let go of control and go with the flow.
