However, look carefully and you may notice that your favorite items have been designed to do much more than you thought. For example, those blue bristles on your toothbrush actually make sense. You know, I heard that recently too. So I tried it. It works better the other way. It must be one of those things they originally designed it one way, but people using them discovered they were better the other way. 🤷♀️
If you don’t have a car head rest that can come out, use the metal part of your seatbelt to break the glass.
Most of the public bathrooms however do not have door knobs. There’s just a handle with lots of places for germs to hide.
So when you use a public bathroom wash your hands and take a paper towel with you to open the door so you don’t touch Other people’s germs.
Keep those silica packets in a baggie, then if you ever need to dry out a wet cell phone, it works better than rice!

Rice does not even work. If you use rice and it works, then there was nothing wrong with the phone in the first place. Silica gel packets do work, but to increase the chances of using your phone again, take it apart and let it dry for a day or two

If you drive a car and don’t know about the tab on your rear view mirror, there’s something wrong-even tho many new cars eliminated them.
I laughed when my mother bought her last car (~75 y.o.). She told me on the phone that the guy who sold her the car showed her the tab and she told him she never had one before. Eyeroll here. They all had it but she didn't know.

Bright Side I was told by my old dentist I use to see that everyone is suppose to change toothbrush 4 times a year.
That is why in Canada the toothbrushes are sold in packs of 4. Each brush is suppose to last approximately
3 months at a time.

Carbineers help fasten backpacks together, especially for overpacked loads; when I return home, I attached a larger carbineer to my backpack. It holds smaller carbineers, which includes my keys, keychains. The carbineers are multi colored so if I do forget to reattach right away, or take a walk to the mailbox or grocery store, or dig into my backpack searching for my keys, the brighter multi colors are much easier to find! Especially at night in a car. They have length and not all of the colors can just blend into one color which now makes searching for my keys much less frustrating.

I'm pretty sure that doorknobs have been made of copper alloys way longer than the issue of microbial protection. It's probably the fact that if you made them from iron or steel you'd need a foundry and they're more expensive.

The baskets with 2 loops are to prevent baby carriers from slipping off the basket sideways. Many baby carriers have a groove to sit over the rear basket edge too. Totally locked in.
