A fantastic looking piece of equipment, very impressive how you have brought European influence in design to North America. Is it possible to drive machinery onto the rear kick? For example, a grader's front wheels would normally be driven up the back, over the trailer tires and secured to the struts in between the wheels. And is there an excavator boom trough between the wheels?
Yes, it is possible to drive a machine up the rear. There are some u-profiles on either side to hook on ramps - the ramps for that purpose are not included. Please bear in mind that due to the very low deck height, the height offset between deck and rear bogie is around 21.6”. The rear cross members in between the axles have a load capacity of up to 22,000lbs each (on min. 12”x 12”) and are each equipped with lashing rings. There is a boom trough over the first axle (around 73” long).
Great trailer overall, but.......... One thing I noticed and have earned on equipment sales, is that what works great in Europe doesn't mainly work here. I'm not saying that it couldn't, it's just in the U.S. it about pricing and not what is the best. This trailer is perfect for here, especially for those guys that drive or like to drive the stretched Peterbilt trucks with the long hoods. But simply put an owner operator or fleet owner is gonna as you 2 questions. When it brakes and it is or not under warranty who do I take it too? /Who can work on this trailer or even knows it? Secondly...... why would I pay an extra 35%+ for this trailer than a double drop deck from Fontaine trailer? In the U.S., trailer steering on a common trailer such as a flat bed, drop deck or even a stretch trailer that needs steering is not looked at. Also weight plays a big part.

This will definitely change the game, here in the States... Everybody (manufacturers) gonna have to step up their game...
