The BEST Loaded Seafood Nachos with Lump Crab meat
Hey Family, welcome back to Everything’s Major. For today’s episode we’re making this yummy Seafood Nachos. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!
Cheese Sauce🧀 (This recipe makes a lot so cut in half if need be. 😊)
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of flour
16oz White American Cheese
8oz of Monterrey Jack cheese
2 to 3 Cups of Milk (keep adding milk until desired preference)
1 to 2 diced Jalapeño Peppers
keep on very low heat so it won’t harden, make sure not to burn it 😊
Tortillas- cut into triangle shape
8oz Lump Crab Meat
1 lbs of shrimp
Seasoning Used🧂
Old bay, sea salt, black pepper, onion and garlic powder, and parsley
Fry tortillas in Expeller Pressed Canola Oil
Salt immediately after frying
Top with your favorite veggies and ENJOY!
