    Ingredients For Aloo ki Bhujiya:
    - Ginger and Garlic Paste- 2 tbsp
    - Green Chillies Slit Cut- 3
    - Potatoes- 4 to 5
    - Tomatoes Chopped- 2
    - Onion Sliced- 1
    Spice Powders:
    - salt
    - Bay leaf- 1
    - Red chilli crushed- 1 tbsp
    - Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
    - Kalonji- 1/4 tsp
    Process:
    - Take a pot and then add mustard oil
    - Add all Ingredients and cook untill golden brown
    - Mix all Ingredients
    - Cover and cook until potatoes are done
    - Cook on high flame for 2-3 min
    - Add Tumeric powder- 1tsp
    - Lemon juice- 2 tsp
