You along with others you used to play with were a astronomical factor in my enjoyment of this game. When you left I also fell off the game. I haven’t played since 140 was the level cap. Your return felt like seeing an old friend come back and now I want to jump back in! I’m happy with how much Wizard has changed over the years and I’m excited to see how the future of Wiz continues on! Truthfully, never got a chance to say it but thank you for being around for all these years on Wiz! So glad to see how much attention Wizard101 is getting attention once more, it's honestly insane how many new players and returning players have been coming back into the end of 2024. I hope it continues to stay like this and Wizard101 developers utilize the attention that is returning to the game once more the right way, as I see the newer generations being able to get into the game and having the same core memories a lot of us returning players are. Just imagine how many kids would love this game now and day. Just like we did.

I just like the idea of having small storylines within the larger, but not the full arc. I think that's something that questing in wiz is currently missing. Either way, I've been advocating for Wysteria Part II ever since the world came out, and I will advocate further on for it.

They brought it up in a KI Live semi-recently, and I think even once or twice before that. Now, whether the new content will be in Krok or not, that is a theory and educated guess based on game files and whatnot.
I got back into w101 like everyone else haha but I was able to recover my main 2011 account yetserday. It's been 12yrs and Im so happy to have my 70 myth and 76 storm back 😭 this wass when max level was 90 I believe at the time in 2011-12.
The idea is cool though, a world that is just a world. You're a powerful do-gooding wizard, and it's just a world. That's why I like grizzleheim, you don't HAVE to be there, but you are because you're a good wizard trying to help, hope the vibe is that for whatever this is
Catacombs isn't a world more like a side activity to do to keep yourself busy just like Aquila or The 4 Dungeons. I consider worlds to be accessed through the World Door like Wysteria or Grizzleheim/Wintertusk and I guess The Arcanum is a world but all by itself so to speak.
Don't read too much into it or put words in their mouth since they don't really know themselves lmao. The upcoming 2024 Fall Update as a whole (all content included) has more dialogue lines than the world Wallaru by itself. You're forgetting this "total dialogue lines" measurement/count can also include any dialogue from gauntlets they release (Forbidden Library Gauntlet, NightMire Gauntlet, Etc), any pre-quests dialogue, dialogue lines from guild island related adventures (housing, raids, etc) maybe other misc. related dialogue that all factor into the total count. This means that the main course meal (the new area/world/dungeon) is LIKELY smaller than Wallaru by total dialogue lines alone & content-wise. Additionally, that doesn't necessarily mean there are a lot of quests in the new area/world/dungeon either as one quest could be very verbose/wordy by number of lines spoken but doesn't actually push the story much further other than some defeat & collect quest like from the days of old in Khrysalis. It could be just one NPC that loves to hear themselves talk before letting you do whatever mission adding to the total lines count but is actually small content-wise. I think people are getting too hyped for nothing & are forgetting how badly KI sucks at delivering high-quality content/updates that are bug-free and not catered to PvP/The 1% community. Test realm is the closest reliable predictor we have as all this is just TALK for now. My guess is that it's a forced side world or a catacombs 2.0 situation but slightly bigger (which also had a lot of lore/story buried in all those quests/boss fights & several dialogue lines too let's not forget). So, it's either a forced dungeon akin to catacombs but larger that occurs in some main world hub (like how catacombs & darkmoor & aquila are all connected via Wizard City access-wise) OR it's a forced side world (still smaller than Wallaru) that does nothing to further the story of arc 5 or begin the story of arc 6. They likely want to avoid another Grizzleheim/Wintertusk situation where the main NPC/deity Grandmother Raven is introduced in those side worlds yet becomes integral to arc 3 with Grandfather Spider & Empyrea. You could theoretically never play Grizzleheim/Wintertusk and be left wondering who is Grandmother Raven by the time you first hear/learn about her during arc 3 not knowing her origin story is available when you were like level 25 for Grizzleheim & 50 for Wintertusk (about to begin arc 2). So my guess is that this forced side world/dungeon will act to introduce us to a new/major NPC (antagonist or ally who knows?) where we will learn about their background to some extent before arc 6 fully commences.

at this point i literally don't care about them releasing a new world for wizard101. I'm just so tilted to the fact that they pay zero attention to pirate101. It's kinda sad.
Personally, I think it'd be too ambitious to release another world this year. As well as start another arc that was wrapped up last year. (Also, welcome back. You've been the main reason that I started playing the game again after not playing for 10 years)
I just started a new wizard again, haven't played in 8 years and on a brand new account w only 1 wizard so far at lvl 21. If anyone would like to help me relearn the game id appreciate you dearly!
im completely burnt out of wiz now, i think ive finally gotten to the point where the lack of updates is making me insanely bored and not worth playing at all, the fact i can go take a 2 year break and have NOTHING substantial to come back to is insane, ok we get some new quests but i dont even feel like ill be progressing since the level cap isnt changing, wallaru was insanely subpar, these devs need to start actually doing something, ill still keep watching your vids though fs just felt like i needed to let this out somewhere
Its probably a trial of the wizard and the novus gov. Maybe mini fights with them again... maybe design has a issue in one of his new spiral worlds / what ever he is worlds. which lead into the new ark.. Rewards could be crowns be the first time they did that or they pull a pirate101 system and make crown unlocks.. or a boat load of spellements. Personally im not a fan of gold and spellements..

This new world might be a time travel world through all the past worlds. The only alternative is that it’s a true crossover with Pirate101.
I feel like it could be a Novus expansion. There's a lot of room to expand.

Idk definitely might be new spells
A new world but no more leveling up that's weird hopefully game will still be fun lol
Its probably a trial of the wizard and the novus gov. Maybe mini fights with them again... maybe design has a issue in one of his new spiral worlds / what ever he is worlds. which lead into the new ark.. Rewards could be crowns be the first time they did that or they pull a pirate101 system and make crown unlocks.. or a boat load of spellements. Personally im not a fan of gold and spellements..
