The smartest decision I ever made on my journey to being a rapper so far in learning how to produce as well. I'll work with producers but I'll never be at the mercy of someone elses production. Paid 150$ for 3 beats last year and in the time it took for me to write the songs I became a good enough producer to be able to make beats of higher quality myself.
Yep I can really relate to the hermit thing. It's so hard to be social, go to uni(college for American's)and spend enough time learning the art of music production and promotion, it's crazy. I jus keep workin and praying that better days r sure to come from all this stress, hard work and sacrifice. Keep ur head up producer's, ur time will come.
I completely relate, I realised that producers create the image through sound while rappers create the image with words 🎧🎤🎹🎻🎸🥁🎼 I Love your videos you are so inspirational! 🖋📝
Yeah a lot of books and websites about music production will tell you that working in music is a very demanding career choice, it is not for everyone, but I think it is the same for many successful people or people with aims and goals. Successful people often don't give too much of their time away.
As a producer/rapper I prefer when a rapper or producer is straight up with what they want. that way we cut the bullshit. As a producer I find it easier to make what a rapper wants if they can give me a song example or even a picture or video. For example, a picture of hell. It’s dark, fire, gritty, etc... Once I have the general idea, I send it back to see if I’m on the right path to what you want. It’s easier to work together when both of you know what each other wants.
This video a gem bro, can’t find another video that talks about this. Think you could do a updated part 2 soon? Maybe go in even more detail about how to describe what you want. Or whatever else you think we need to know lol
Hey wats good bro keep up the good work. Man I appreciate the knowledge you continue to drop. I have a question can you please make a video about Split Sheets and also what to do if you produced your own beats and wrote all the music on your very own project?
"stubbed my toe, Put that hurt on them, put that hurt" 😂😂😂😂 Get that copy right ASAP bruh , I bet you $$$$ Some one will steal/ borrow that! hahahahaha
DUDE ... Happened to me once. I worked w my friend who I thought understood music because he made beats. When we got together, I found out he couldn't speak music. Her communicated w his mouth. The session took a few days to get thru. In the end we did not output any music.
lmao this is amazing, and you're so fun haha Thank you, hoped I'll find a good video about this on RUclips and found this! I'm a singer and hoping to find some music producer to help me make something ^^
Brotha, I'm doing the same thing ya did haha! Going to reach a year of producing on December 23rd, and i started because i wanted to rap =)))) Love yo shit brutha ❤️
"Yo! This is C.K. don't @ me" hilarious bro, I bet you get dozens of people everyday all like, "Check out mah beats bruhh, please bruh! You're such an inspiration to me and I support you and your channel, so you should check out mah beats bruh (because I think you owe me for watching your videos). I ain't got no fifty dollars, nor have I previously bought ne of your goods or services (I still support you, though) but come on bruh... check out mah beats, PLEASE BRUHHH, PLEASE!!!" P.S. For everyone who made it this far, I'm joking, please don't get your 808s all distorted and out of key over this✌

Share this with a Rapper or beat buying customer of yours so that they can gain a better understanding of how a producer mind works.
Just be gentle and don't ask for a free beat on the first date 🤣
free beats?
ay worth a try right? you could just be going through a breakup with another rapper sooo im here
"A pterodactyl putting the drum in a headlock" 😂😂😂😂😂
Communication is key

I love it when people want 16th pattern hi hats but they call it "the ttttttttt" (and yes, they hand gesture the drum hits)
Just learned something, thanks. Hit me up, I wanna buy beats.
@@bostonredsox1407 I have never really done this before. $50 for an unlimited lease. What are you looking for?
@@mr.wetdream5277 That would be awesome actually, and with no samples.
@@bostonredsox1407 What style are you looking for?
@@mr.wetdream5277 I'm looking for any style I can rap on. A beat that has a room for hooks, 2 verses and fades out. No samples.
He should definitely do one for when rappers don’t wanna pay you for your beats
a million upvotes
