Okay. Looks like a good way to stretch the adductor. But in other tutorials you ask a question such as is it really necessary to stretch (lengthen) a certain muscle when it would maybe serve better just to loosen it up. Is there a way to loosen up the adductors without stretching them?
It's probably not possible to 'lengthen' a muscle without 24 hours of prolonged stretch, maybe more, to add actual physical length. I think the essence of this video and what you are looking for are the same and maybe I used different wording
