You should check out PAYDAY: The Heist’s version of this track. The heartbeat sensor is more prominent, and it also features the breathing of an iron lung.
Really sells you the feeling that what you doing could end up in a catastrophe of enormous proportions, heartbeats are generally used to create tension musically speaking, but also with a dash of unsettling vibes, the one's that tell you in the back of your mind (in the context of the heist) "I shouldn't be probably stealing blood from an infected patient with a virus that is apparently so dangerous, the damn military values it so much they're willing to turn the entire hospital and everyone in it to ash so that YOU don't get it in any way, shape or form", yeeeeah

WHY IS EVERY COP IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA HERE?!?
THEY GOT THE ARMY ON YOUR ASS!
Bain: *orders his crew to steal samples with a virus that absolutely nobody knows a thing about*
Bain after white house: "Mr. stork i dont feel so good"
Finally, a music that i can dance to.
Duke is still questioning why he is here.
Now if Simon and Overkill would update the Soundtrack to include these songs (i.e. the MP3s) then we are all good.
RUclips to MP3, take Audacity and cut parts you don't like, enjoy
Left 4 Dead x Payday 2
*most ambitious crossover ever even the song is very badass*
The remix got very strong "night club shootout" vibe
I'm not complaining, but find it kinda strange using it on mission about small hospital areas
that's why the original version fits better, at least on this map. that's just my opinion however and I got no reason to complain since i can always change the music
I once was playing with random song turned on and not only got this song but also the special alternative assault
Needless to say I felt like the coolest kid in town
The main melody absolutely fits the hospital setting of the heist
Its already been 5 years.......
OH MY GOD, OK, IT'S HAPPENING! SIMON IS BACK!
