    Great tips! I have made my health and wellness as a goal , then break that goal down to a routine , now they became a habit .
    Example:
    1.Workout 30 minutes
    2.Steps 10,000 or more
    3.Drinking 64 ounces of water
    I have made mine a routine this year .
    For 2022 I am making my finances my goal . Then break it down into a routine then a habit. This one is a big one for me ! Looking forward to more videos from you 😀

      You workout 30 minutes and 10,000 step a day?
      All in one go? I am trying to do that but other thing come in the way 😞

      @@woodlover5784 I workout 30 minutes in the morning.
      I’m on my feet all morning so I get a minimum of 10,000 steps in .The main thing is to keep moving .

    Great video! I have very similar habits and group them in my planner under 3 categories: Morning routine, Workday routine, and evening routine 🙂

    I read that it takes 28 days to
    Create new habit/routine.
    I use that as a guide.

    Love, love your tips and content. So very helpful!!!! If I had to make a suggestion… although you have beautiful hands, all the movement is so, so very distracting. It’s like a presenter or speaker with jangling or noisy jewelry (ie bracelets). Thank you again for the info.

      Yes! Include anything you want to make a habit. I also like to add these habits behind something that I am already doing like drink coffee then take medicine..:
