    Jeff - You have an incredible talent for "skipping a rock across the ocean". As a ServiceNow newbie, I found your technique of providing a framework overview before diving deeper very effective. By using simple, non-technical language, I was never "lost" and your pace was spot on. The data you presented in the slides was well-organized and summarized making the slides an effective reference tool for the future. Thank you for saving us UNTOLD hours of time trying to grasp SN by freely sharing your knowledge in such an effective manner.

    My job role needed me to be aware of ServiceNow application to understand my customer's pain point and propose them solutions around ServiceNow, a new application they are trying to get a hang of. I am a complete freshman in SN and I am so glad that I landed at your channel. The way you have explained ServiceNow in a simple, lucid manner is commendable. Very rarely I have come across people who can deliver technical stuffs so easily in a non-technical way, you have made my day. I feel more confident in understanding this platform, it's various modules and terminologies that are frequently used during out discussions. Thank you so so so much, Jeff !!!!! Will watch all the videos. Keep up your good work.

    Amazing information. The Healthcare organization I work for has implemented Service Now. The IT department seems to love it. I am having a problem seeing how Service Now applies to running a Hospital Facility. I work in engineering. We had an amazing program that manages our facility. I could bring up equipment history. I could search for a bed and find out how many times we have worked on that bed. I could see when a generator was last serviced. I am having problems learning how to find things within Service now.

    • @knewget
      @knewget  10 месяцев назад

      For something specific like that I’d guess you’d probably need to develop an app yourself, but you might check the ServiceNow store to see if there is anything out there. Look for some ServiceNow developer training. You could develop an app right within ServiceNow.
