I just completed my 11th day. About 3 weeks ago I quit nicotine and caffeine at the same time, which I wouldn’t recommend. I blew up like a balloon. As of this morning I’m down roughly 18lbs which is mostly just bloat from the last weeks. Feeling ok. Still going to the gym as usual. Drinking more water than I ever have in the past since high protein can be rough on the kidneys. Been waking up a lot to pee until 2 nights ago, which is when I got back down to my pre bloat weight. Honestly I’m tired of eating beef. My stomach still goes sideways on me. I’m hoping my bowels get right soon. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is a huge decrease in inflammation. 2 weeks ago I was barely sleeping because of extreme Carpel Tunnel numbness and pain in both hands. Now the pain and numbness is about 70% gone which is awesome because I have been researching surgeons. So far, so good. This is an extreme elimination diet, and I’m hoping for the best.

I’m on day 35 carnivore. I feel great, I love life. I’m motivated to take my goals and plans into fruition. I haven’t seen any improvement in my physique but that’s okay. I’m so glad I have this much patience with my self now and toward other people. It’s amazing!

I’m 5 days in on Beef, water, and salt. Hoping to cure some autoimmune and food allergy issues.
Me too. I would eat and worry about disaster pants, or arthritis, or pains in my legs... Or all the above.
