    It’s difficult to start but even more difficult to finish. I get so overwhelmed! Esp in trying to declutter & organize my house. Cleaning I do well but clearing the mess so I CAN clean is nearly impossible.
    Also, when I put things away, I tend to lose things bcs I end up not putting it where it belongs or it doesn’t have a “home” so I stick it somewhere out of the way & never find it again. I’m so frustrated with myself! 😵‍💫😫😖🤯

      It's wonderful that you can get started on cleaning projects. That's huge! Decluttering is tough for many people. It's hard to know what to keep, what to trash and what to give away. Most importantly, finding a home for your stuff by grouping things into categories can help you figure out the home for them to live. If you forget where that home is, write down a list and post it in your kitchen. That's what reminders are for!

    Why I'd have a problem with initiaton?
    When I'm not planned of a task in advance.
    It seems too complicated.
    It generates repelling emotions.
    My solution:
    I have created a task routine of say 15 mins which works for you which includes music, timer, a dice game etc.
    I just follow it and the task gets started and once it's started, I gain momentum

    Brain just closes down, when i go to do any task at the moment.

      It can help to start with easier tasks that have something about them that you like to do or like enough to do. Break them down and remember that no size is too small.

    Noise makes it hard for me to think. Just planning my day can take an embarassing amounts of time with children crying, etc
