to fix the phone next to the bed situation, maybe charge it in your room but across the bed so you can't reach it from your bed, or charge it in your bathroom so if something were to happen, its closer and easier to access
I use screen zen to block certain apps during work, so you could probably set it to block apps in the AM. It makes you wait 20 seconds before the app will open to make you really think if you want to open the app, but you can customize it.
I think the mini hiatus was good for you, you seem more relaxed and joking around a lot more! don't know how to explain it lol but I missed you, welcome back charlotte! 🥰💐🫶🏻
