The idea of taking a bite from each one to allow them to cool quicker was very smart and then emptying the buns so the meat cools even quicker is such a great strategy. I don't think I'll ever do any competitive eating but maybe I can coach someday based on your techniques. Lol Congratulations on another victory!!
