- Given the name "The Yangtze River Great Chivalrous Man", Taoist Master Lu Zijian performs his bagua at the age of 93. Lu Zijian learned his bagua from a Taoist ,Li Cheng Ye, on Emei Mountain. Last time I checked, Lu Zijian was 111 years old and still going! Thx to Novell Bell for originaly providing the clip.

you are watching a video of one of the healthiest elderly men to currently walk the face of the earth. he is well over 115 by now and still functions as a person in their early 30's. it is certainly astonishing.
I'm 40 now. I trained in a very hard style of karate for 13 years when I was 12 to 25. I was a very good fighter, and still am for not training. But I would be bet this man would kick my ass at his age, and in my prime!

amazing. if ur like me and think about life too much and get lost gazing the sky. think about this. This man has been on this planet longer then all of us. think about the knowledge he has.

im sacrificing so much just for money, is it worth it?
do i need to live in the city, or should i move to a quite, natural invironment.

Grandmaster Lu Zijian is a testament to Chinese Gung Fu. I am deeply impressed and frankly awed.

Legend has it that doing tai chi and Ba Gua can steal years on to your life span. I think legends maybe right.

He claims to have been born in October 1893. It is now believed he is only in his 90s today.
Bagua Emei Shan: Some from Dong others eclectic versions. Shengmen Bagua uses the Yi (Intention) & Yijing theory. Sengmen Bagua Buddhist branch Imported by Shaolin Monks. You Shen Bagua Li, Zhangye taught Lui, Zi-jian who was a student of Yi Fu a student of Dong, Hai Chuan. Jiulong Bagua family style similar to Shengmen but also eclectic concepts based on Yijing symbols to develop internal power through visualization. Sun, Lu-tang also studied the Yijing at Emei.

He's one in a billion... Good genes + cultivated chi from a very early age and a monastic life... How about you and me? Suddenly this video is not quite as encouraging... Think about it outside your intrinsic fear of death and answer this as honestly as you can: Is longivity really all it's cracked up to be? Especially in a less hospitable world with less nature and a population explosion??
